Oh, Deals. (I'm going to refrain from using the stupid dollar sign S. Who do you think you are,…read moreDeals - Ke$ha?!) When I was in high school, I would bring all of my friends/dates/random strangers here, we would pick out a themed set of costume items and props, and then go to the photobooth in the mall. Magical. When I was in college, I would arrange $5-10 gift exchanges with all of my friends, wherein the majority of items - from pointless to disgusting to offensive to hilarious - would come from Deals. Magical. When I graduated college, and was unemployed and poor, I bought food and hygiene products and gloves and other such crap from deals. Oh wait, ha, that's NOW! Not-so-much-magical-but-practical. As far as dollar stores go, Deals is the bees knees, whatever the hell that means.

This store, Deals in Town n Country, usually has some pretty decent prices and edibles that will…read morelast a while. Unfortunately, their customer service doesn't quite live up to those prices. They seem to have a habit of having a lower price marked on items on the shopping racks, but then charging a much higher price at the registers. Adding insult to injury, upon request that you want the item voided, both the cashier and the store manager, who came off as having bit of a rude attitude about me wanting to return something, simply claim that they cannot do that, pretty much leaving you stuck with undesired items and pushing you back the amount that they charged for them. As someone who has been going to stores such as Deals for at least 20 years, this sounded particularly odd to me. In any case, I strongly hope that they do not continue with such practices as businesses have been known to go out of business and/or get sued for such things. It would be a terrible shame to see such a thing happen to a store like T&C Deals simply due to avarice and a desire rip off people.

This places is located at 212 Kelton Ave in Columbus, OH at the Station at Trolley District. You can honestly find everything here from great beers, varied food choices, and shopping. I have came here for Creole2Geaux, Koso, The Railhouse, and the Bearded Baker (now in Bexley) and grab a plant at the Plant Gays. Love that this place has everything including parking. I had nothing but great food experiences here and the service is always great and the ambiance is relaxed. Take your time shopping and dining! 5 stars.

This place is a food lover's playground. The vibe is energetic but relaxed, with a collection of food booths serving everything from comfort eats to globally inspired dishes. It's the kind of spot where everyone in your group can order from a different vendor and still sit together -- which I love. First up for me was Saba's, and wow... I ordered the Mediterranean brisket cigars. These were smoked brisket, shredded super fine and infused with BBQ and Tennessee whiskey, wrapped in a wonton wrapper, then deep fried to crispy perfection. They were served with a cilantro cream dipping sauce that took them over the top. The outside had that perfect crunch, and the inside was smoky, savory, and just a little sweet from the whiskey infusion. Absolutely incredible. One of those bites where you pause and go, "Okay... this is special." Then I headed over to Buck City Sammies and ordered the Bodega sandwich -- and let me tell you, this sandwich does not play around. Wagyu beef grilled and shredded, layered with aged sharp cheddar and American cheese, topped with garlic confit sauce, lettuce, tomato, and red onions on a baguette. The beef was rich and flavorful, the cheese melt was on point, and that garlic confit sauce tied everything together beautifully. Every bite was balanced, hearty, and ridiculously delicious. East Market isn't just a place to eat -- it's a place to explore. Multiple booths, huge flavors, and something new to try every time. If you're in Columbus and love great food, this is a must-visit. I'll definitely be back for round two.

This store is full of household decorations, cute travel knickknacks, fantastic party gifts, and a decent selection of tee shirts. Hi, I'm Gwen, and I'm a tee shirt-holic. I got myself two cute Capital University tees to sport around town. I didn't have much time to look around, so I definitely want to stop back and look for some gifts for my sister and teenage niece for Christmas this year!sorry for no pictures, folks. I love to support local businesses as they work very hard on the items they make. I bought a cute pair of paw print earrings since I've asked hubby for a pair and he didn't deliver. So onto the earrings, everything is handmade so it's great from the necklaces to earrings, you know it's made with local pride. I also got a block with the Ohio symbol and home written inside as it's very appropriate for my household. Maybe I should have gotten the Oxford one too since my hubby went to Miami, but I'll definitely be back soon for more stuff! I love supporting local businesses and giving back to the community that works so hard!
