They have several locations Illinois, Arizona and Kentucky a total of 9 stores I believe (don't quote me lol) But you can come here and try the bed before buying them! This is an online only store! Most of the beds offer a sleep warranty! Which I think is cool and they deliver and set up and come get the bed if u don't like it! I like the cooling bed because my fiancée gets hot! And I loved the avocado beds also butttttt a little out of my price range lol! The husband (I forgot their names I'm horrible) he was so knowledgeable, friendly opening welcoming, and his wife was very funny easy to talk to and they knew so much about the beds and offer tips on sleeping with different types of pillows and determining if a pillow is right for you or not! The store was very clean and very well organized it's located right off of Morris Road right across the street from Universal nails! You can't miss it! Come and check them out maybe purchase your new bed from them and tell me what you think cause I definitely will be purchasing my first bed as an adult! Lol

I…read morelove that online companies allow a sleep trial, but I didn't want the hassle of returning a bed and being back at square one. Luckily, I found Sandman Sleep and I'm SO thankful! I wanted to jump on the Labor Day sale, so I went to the showroom downtown. (Appointments are required for some days, so keep that in mind!). I was greeted by a man named Rich and I told him what I was searching for in a mattress. After guiding me to the mattresses that suited my needs and explaining a bit about them, he left me to explore as much as I wanted. No pressure or hounding. Every mattress salesman needs to learn from him! Rich also offered us beverages and snacks while we browsed. Bonus points for that :) After some time, I made a decision and he quickly assisted with the purchase. The whole process was incredibly smooth! I'm so impressed with the amount of mattresses available to try and with the quality of the store! After leaving, I kept saying how happy I was with my shopping experience. The Labor Day sale was fantastic as well. I saved a lot of money and feel good about the value of my purchase. Seriously, if you're in search of a new mattress, I highlyyyy recommend this store! Rich was so kind and helpful. 10/10.

They apologized and said they would come and clean it up. I was surprised when the manager knocked on my door a couple hours later with his van and loaded it up. He apologized profusely and explained that they typically don't remove people's old beds but maybe they were trying to help my elderly neighbor and weren't thinking through everything. I don't get this level of service when I'm a paying customer, much less when I'm just calling to complain about something I didn't purchase. Next time I need a mattress I'll look here first.

His knowledge and kindness led us to not go to other stores. The purchase went smoothly and Kyle provided the process where we would be contacted and provided a date for delivery. Surprised to learn it was only 3 days post purchase. We received a text providing a 2 hour window. On the date of delivery, I received a phone call from the delivery team that they were running early and asked permission to come earlier. John and Andre were great to work with. They removed the old box springs and mattress, vacuumed the carpet and dusted the bed and woodwork. A great team. I would go to SleepOutfitters again. High recommendations!

My bed & bedroom set of 20 years (yes, 20) has had it! Ms Jones was the best! She understood my needs & helped me get the bed & mattress I've been wanting for years. She was professional, nice, not pushy, not like a "sales person" but like a person wanting to help someone else. And I appreciate that so much. I appreciate her understanding that even thought I needed new furniture, that I'm not rich! I can't want to receive my bed and go back to see her again for the rest of my furniture needs! The end tables perfect. Dining room table is just okay but, after a year 1 chair leg broke. I live alone and since the pandemic i have had only had 1 party. Now I'm down to 3 chairs. As for the mattress, I would say inspect the item they deliver carefully before they leave. I did not. I flip my mattress regularly but today since I'm doing it during the day I notice water stains all around the sides. I also always use a mattress pad to cover it. These stains are from the mattress standing on its sides in the warehouse or something. Also, there is a dip in the middle. Like the edges are firm but if you sleeo near the middle you are sinking. Lesson learned. I won't shop for a mattress at a discount store again. This is a serious purchase as we all need a good night's rest.

Every major state should have at least one store especially for Purple to complete with Sleep Number, Serta and Beauty Rest. I only discovered the Purple store visiting another store in the Easton Mall located in the entryway to the AMC theater entrance. As soon as you walk in the entrance, the Purple store is on the left directly across from Nespresso and Cheryl Cookies. If you try a product such as a pillow, the employees have special product protectors for health and safety measures. Abe was an absolute pleasure to work with, being very knowledgeable and friendly. Although I was super disappointed that the store didn't have the pillow I purchased in stock because the warehouse does not provide much inventory to the stores and the stores have little storage for products, free shipping is provided as well as a 100 night happiness guarantee.
