We were struggling trying to find a comfortable chair for my knee replacement recovery. Furniture stores were telling us that delivery of new furniture would take two to six months. That did not work with my surgery schedule, but Alex made it happen. I purchased a beautiful Lane couch, chair, and ottoman. I got the chair right away, and the couch will be here in two weeks. UPDATE: The service you receive from BoxDrop Milton Mattress and Furniture does not end when you walk out the door with the furniture you purchase. The chair I bought was a swivel with an ottoman. Alex secured the base for me, so it did not swivel anymore. When we got it home, we still had a little problem with it not being real secure when sitting down. We called the next business day to see if Alex had another idea. He has already talked to his dad about it, after realizing the chair still moved when getting up and down. They came up with an idea to replace the swivel mechanism with legs that match the ottoman. PERFECT! Not only did they go out of their way to help, but also picked up the chair right away, put the legs on it, and returned it within two hours. The chair and ottoman are so comfortable and look so nice! Thanks so much for being so accomodating!

We worked with Jason; he was very polite, very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. He was never pushy, but took time to get to know us and our sleeping habits; he explained features of several mattresses that fit our sleep style and then left us with pillows so we could relax and try the mattresses without pressure from him. They delivered our mattress and after 2 nights of sleep we just couldn't get comfortable, I called and within 5 minutes had the issue resolved, they agreed to build us a new mattress and delivered in on a Saturday at no additional charge. 2 nights into our new mattress and we are sleeping like babies (I never really understood that term, none of my babies slept through the night) either way, Janesville Verlo was awesome to work with and we would definitely go back.
