The walk-through was great - base boards, ceiling fans and those corners I can't get to; surfaces were spotless. I was charged the max in the quoted range for that packaged. It was my mistake to not look at that more carefully before I paid the bill. Realized this afterward and told Superior Bright. We went back and forth a bit and I told them that I should have read things more carefully. In the end, they Zelled me back some money to make up for those few things. They responded very quickly, to my initial request for an appointment and to the billing inquiry. The communications were professional. I will probably hire them again and request the same house cleaner. She joined the team just 2 weeks ago, but has 14+ years of experience. Gave a 20% cash tip plus my hydrogen peroxide cleaner so she had a Clorox alternative for future use. I sure got lucky - she was wonderful.

The piece in between the glass was plastic not metal and melts which is the reason for this problem. Ben over-charged us, sold us windows from a company out of business which he knew about, and then had us pay him in full on December 31st which disqualified us from the $1,500 tax exemption. I am totally disgusted with the whole situation and wished we could sue him but it happened in 2009. I would never do business with this place there are out for your money and that is all.
