They did an excellent job - - - top-notch, nothing undone, no stone unturned. They went above and beyond my expectations not only in the quality and cleaning and the value for the money, but they also did a lot of extra details like baseboards, ceiling fans, refrigerator, air fryer, etc. They even had their own cleaning equipment and supplies. They have totally blessed me, and I do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I am so much more confident now to host people in my home, knowing it is so clean. Thank you so much, Isabella Cleaning service of Durham, NC, and Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

But what really seals the deal is how they go above & beyond, definitely with the deep cleaning service, but even with the regular cleaning too. I have a young baby at home and didn't have the house prepped for this months cleaning (e.g. items on the floor, dishes in the sink, etc.) but the team still was able to both straighten up for me and do a thorough regular cleaning all in just under an hour. I'm so grateful!

Two weeks later, on the day of the cleaning, nobody showed up at the agreed time, which was a waste of my time because I drove to the house to let them in and show them around. After a few hours, I followed up by email and phone without response until I found a different phone number and got a text response. They eventually cleaned later that day, but they didn't provide ANY communications. No notice they were on their way, cleaning, or finished.

Other than that-the floors, bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen and everything in-between were pristine! It is nice not to have to tell a team what needs to be done-they just do it! They had smiles (behind those masks they wore) and seemed to work very well together-enjoying their jobs. Makes a difference! I would recommend them fully and am confident they will get these last two minor items the next time they come work at our home.

It includes some services that I didn't need (e.g., bed sheet change and cleaning blinds). The walk-through was great - base boards, ceiling fans and those corners I can't get to; surfaces were spotless. I was charged the max in the quoted range for that packaged. It was my mistake to not look at that more carefully before I paid the bill. Realized this afterward and told Superior Bright. We went back and forth a bit and I told them that I should have read things more carefully. In the end, they Zelled me back some money to make up for those few things. They responded very quickly, to my initial request for an appointment and to the billing inquiry. The communications were professional. I will probably hire them again and request the same house cleaner. She joined the team just 2 weeks ago, but has 14+ years of experience. Gave a 20% cash tip plus my hydrogen peroxide cleaner so she had a Clorox alternative for future use. I sure got lucky - she was wonderful.

I had a pretty subpar experience with these cleaners from beginning to end. I originally found them…read moreon Yelp and started talking about pricing. I sent them the size of my house and what I was looking for and they sent me a price. I decided to go with them because they were about $50 cheaper then the other cleaners I reached out to. When they got to my house they took a look around and said to do everything I requested would be almost double the price. I was not prepared for a jump that big so I told them I wanted to cancel and then they informed me that it would be a $60 cancellation fee. We then agreed for them to do as much cleaning as they could for the original price. I left my house and came back to a house that was in worse condition. They broke 3 of my blinds, took out a toilet seat screw that they couldn't get back in, moved big pieces of furniture and didn't put it back (office desk, tv stand, etc.), and left piles of dust in my house. I asked them to wipe down the glass in my shower again and without even trying they said there was nothing that they could do. Overall, my house was relatively cleaner but for the price and quality I would've been better off doing it myself. The one consolation was that they admitted to the things they broke and agreed to reimburse me for it. Response to business: I believe I was fair and accurate in my review. Your work did not deserve more than 3 stars. Your employees did not tell me things were broken, I had to search through my house to discover what was broken. That should not be required during a regular cleaning. Your employees broke 3 blinds. You would think after breaking one or two they would stop cleaning them and let me know why, but they did not. The toilet was 100% damaged by your employees. There were no issues until after your cleaning. I also should not have to vacuum dirt piles after your employees leave. I'm happy some your other customers had a good experience, but unfortunately that was not the case for me.
