OMG, I've been waiting an f'ing hour to get seen, and 2 minutes is going to ruin your entire day? Emily, you can shove it!!!! My sister is in critical care, the attitude is completely uneccessary. You're a nasty human being and you should not work with the public. Needless to say, I walked out, and will NEVER go back to this horrible place.

But just because you're busy doesn't mean you can't at least put forth the effort to make it look like your patients are actually people. From the receptionists to the secretaries to the doctor, nobody seemed to really care much about anything. I needed a written copy of the doctor's observations and opinions, which is a fairly common request for a doctor. With these guys, it was apparently a huge production. The doctor's secretary was the one who had to type it up, and she was just about impossible to contact. None of the other secretaries or staff were willing to deal with it or try to get things rolling, and in the end it ended up taking several months to get this letter which turned out to not even be what I needed from them. I obviously can't say this is how they always are because this debacle was my one and only experience with them, but based on this whole disaster I would not be willing to return in the future.

He explained everything about my knee in detail and told me exactly what I was looking at, which was great because after 3-4 months of seeing other doctors, having x-rays, MRIs, Urgent Care's, I really hadn't seen this before. I have a torn meniscus, a torn ACL which is pretty much useless 2 fractures and a Baker's cyst. He made sure I was out of pain and we discussed a plan of action. He did not rush me, and this is one of the main complaints I have about almost all doctors nowadays. He is from the old school and a master at his profession. I highly recommend him.

My friend had recent shoulder surgery and absolutely LOVES Dr. Alley...and through her connection, I got an appointment right away. He also surrounds himself with a phenomenal, efficient and friendly staff. Dr. Alley spent an extraordinary amount of time with me during our initial consultation. He is an orthopedic surgeon...and quite the "mechanic". But...he's also personable, kind and has a great sense of humor. He specializes in shoulders and knees and performed my ACL reconstruction surgery 2 years ago. Everything went exactly as planned and I'm back to my many activities with no issues. Insurance covered everything. I refer everyone that I know to Dr. Alley. If you need to see an orthopedist, pay him a visit.

I told them I was turned away the day before. I was told you need to come in before noon to be seen. They close at 5:00pm and you need to arrive 5 hours before??? I was scheduled to see an NP on March 4th who found my issue and treated it. On March 1st I arrived at your urgent care at 11:15am. I waited in line 10 minutes to then be told at 11:25am that they were no longer seeing patients and to come back on March 2nd at 8:00am. There were three receptionists there, two were at the desk when I arrived and said nothing about not seeing any patients. The third receptionist returned to the front desk and was the one that told me. Your hours on Sunday's are 8:00am- 12:00pm. Good customer service would be to see patients that arrived prior to 12:00pm. Nothing was posted on your website or in the office. I traveled 40 minutes to come to the urgent care. This is not good customer service

Dr. Mulligan listened to my daughter needs. As a mother it means everything to see your child in good hands and DR. Mulligan has been nothing short of amazing. HE performed my daughter hand surgery and has taken such wonderful care of them every step of the way. His skill,patience and compassion truly stands out. He makes sure we understand everything answeres all our questions and never makes us feel rushed or overlooked. The level of care and attention he gives his patient is rare and im so grateful my child had him as her surgeon. She is disabled, cannot walk far, cannot stand for more than a few minutes and even struggles to sit for to long. She has very little income and is trying to find a place she can afford. The apt complex asked for her Dr to fill out a form so she can get an apt for disabled person. She walks with a walker and is always in pain. He refused to fill out the form that would help her to better her life. She is DISABLED!! Why does she not matter?? Have you no heart?? Do better Dr. Ansari!! Do better!!

He was very patient, answered all of our questions as well as making sure we understood everything he was explaining. We did not feel at all rushed and were encouraged to ask him about anything that that was of any concern with regard to my mothers recovery. I just got off the phone with my insurance asking why it cost another nearly $160 despite paying 2 $40 co-pays. They said although my daughter did not have an "open" surgery, because of the type of "practice" it is, they are ALLLOWED to bill as a "closed surgery", despite stating there was no hands-on or manipulation of my daughter's foot. She had been seen and x-ray'ed prior at urgent care and she was only coming to this ortho for the fitting of a boot. Basically stated, the fitting of her boot was considered a "surgery". Complete BS and unethical. I am posting this so others consider other locations before this one to save yourself a hefty bill!!!! PS- you know it's shady when even your insurance company couldn't believe they'd sink that low.
