I had my first consult June 17, 2026. I was told my tooth was infected and needed an extraction but…read morethat the surgeon wasn't available until July 1, 2926. They took me back to a consult room where I was told the amount of money that I needed to pay immediately for the surgery to happen under full anesthesia $ 338.00 was the portion my insurance didn't cover. I paid it, signed the consent for treatment form, given instructions for the day of surgery and scheduled for surgery at 1210 on July 1, 2026. I arrived early for my appointment on July 1 with my husband to drive me home. The receptionist kept looking in the computer and then excused herself. I told my husband I think they screwed up. She reappears and tells me, yes you do have an appointment somehow we missed you. My stress level at this point is through the roof. She excuses herself once again and I see her rush by with a full schedule of patients on the roster. She comes back out and tells us that they are going to try to work me in. I want to leave at this point, but I know my husband has to take another day off work to drive me. I'm not sure how they are going to safely work in a patient who is a full anesthesia patient. We are then called into a consult room where I am asked if I've had anything to eat or drink. I have not. I watch as they call back the 1230 extraction. We heard him check in. I also tell her that I've finished up the antibiotics they prescribed. She then tells me that I have to sign consent for treatment. I told her I already did all that. She looks further and tells us, oh yes you did we haven't signed it I will do that now. At this point I'm terrified. We are told to go back to the waiting room. My husband after a few minutes tells me he doesn't trust this place that it is a complete shitshow so far and he doesn't care if he has to take another day off work my safety comes first. I stood up immediately and walked to the desk telling her I'm finding a new dentist that I do not trust them to safely work me in. I am told it will be 7 to 14 days for a refund. Their MASSIVE mistake and incompetence and I still do not have a refund. I have never had to pay up front before, I usually have to pay on the day of surgery. That should have been a huge red flag for me. The only thing they did right was process my payment. I question how they were going to safely fit a full anesthesia patient into a full schedule. They are putting every single patients safety on that schedule in jeopardy. I'm a medical professional and mistakes happen when you are trying to beat the clock. I also question a place that puts a receptionist under the bus of incompetence and unprofessionalism that the management was driving. She had no clue what was going on. I didn't see a manager or a scheduling manager it was this poor young lady who was trying her best. I have filed a complaint with my insurance company and have filed a complaint with the state. I guess since my refund is not in sight over a week later I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General now. This place is not a competent safe place to go. Please think carefully before scheduling an appointment. As a medical professional I honestly have never left a bad review before. I understand that things happen, but the way that this whole situation has been handled is just terrible. I've never seen such incompetence and unprofessionalism. As a former department manager everything that happened has reeked of incompetence of the worst kind. There is no excuse ever to risk the safety of your patients.

We called Dr Palte's office after 5:00 pm and the next morning, Michelle called from the office and got us an appointment for the next morning. Dr Palte and his staff were very kind, understanding, and compassionate. preliminary exam performed and Dr Palte sat down and explained the procedure in complete detail. unfortunately due to the condition of the tooth Dr explained options of repair and removal. I decided based on Dr Palte's opinion that the best alternative was to remove the tooth and plan for either a bridge or an implant. The tooth was removed and prep started for the implant. My experience with this office was outstanding. Dr Palte took the time to totally explain the procedures and my options and I am very confident in my treatment plan. His staff is outstanding and made the procedure as comfortable as possible. His staff also gave me documentation of the procedure and completed all the insurance forms for the visit. I plan on having an implant placed and I will definitely return to Dr Palte's office for the procedure. Great job Dr Palte and your staff.

They were able to get me an appointment within a couple of days of the referral. My first interaction was with Michelle who I immediately loved. She was very kind, welcoming and explained in detail what to expect from my visit. I was evaluated by Dr. Kimball, and when I say she is a real gem, that is an understatement. Her passion for dentistry exudes from her like a ray of sunshine. She was very sympathetic to my situation, and immediately after the evaluation began the first phase of the root canal. Her assistant Crystal, and her work together like pancakes and syrup. There interaction with each other is both professional and comedic, and definitely takes the edge off from undergoing a dental procedure. I could go on and on with my review, but in a nutshell, I would highly recommend this Endodontist if you want to experience an anxiety free procedure. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I loved…read moreher staff and her, her service was great, but I feel the need to write a review after a serious error on her part. All 13 of the fillings she did have been replaced from 2012 - now. I've been to 2 dentists who both couldn't believe the job she had done. 2 of the fillings broke out when I was flossing, while the rest have either left gaps where food gets stuck and leaves me with irritated gums or they're so sharp, I constantly break floss. In fact, my husband was a patient of hers as well and his fillings she did are all being replaced. I should also mention she charged me $500 for a service that is normally free at other dentist offices. She's very sweet, but the initial fillings costed us time and money and replacing them has not been cheap or a great experience. I feel bad for referring my mother who had a very expensive bridge done by her that was replaced less than 4 years later (her bridge before lasted 20 years). I cannot in good conscience recommend her to anyone, which is a shame, because I really liked her.

Upon conducting a thorough Google search, we stumbled upon Embree Dentistry. After my first call to the office, I spoke with Kristy, I knew that we would be well taken care of. For my first couple of visits, the first being an evaluation, they were quick to reschedule if anything came up or notify me if they were running a little behind. I greatly appreciate this level of transparency. There's nothing worse than waiting in a reception area for your scheduled appointment to open up! The hygienists are highly skilled at what they do, especially Jenny. When I am there, I see Doctor Heys, who is great. I had two small molars that had root canals (about 20 years old) that failed. He offers laughing gas for any nervous dental patients. I felt guilty for using it but he was supportive. He is patient. Dr. Dobracki or Dr. Keith, explained the technology. He makes you feel welcome. The friendly, skilled and helpful hygienists, office managers and account - insurance specialists are very helpful. They sent me a detailed receipt when Basic Flex requested it. The hygienists are supportive, skilled, and friendly. My teeth are spic and span after a cleaning. Destin, the therapy dog is a sweetie. If I ever move from the area, I think I will have to fly to my appointments and camp somewhere!

I was also able to make an appointment for a cleaning the same week, since I needed one anyways. Every person I came in contact with from the receptionist to the assistants and dental hygienists were super friendly, gentle and helpful. Despite my rocky dental history (my childhood dentist wasn't great - so I have a mouth full of fillings and a couple of crowns), they were patient and made me feel comfortable and supported. I also really like the interior of the office. I think most dentist's offices are dreary and bland places filled with white, grey and tan walls and furniture, and random/outdated decorations. Not here - this place has a really charming bare wood interior with sparse but well-placed colorful pieces of art and big windows that let in the sunshine. Great experience overall - my only missing star is due to the cost. From what I can tell, they charge more than some other dentists (and I could always save more money)... but it might be worth it for the refreshing change of pace.

As someone who does not like to go to the dentist, Dr. Trullard is careful, considerate and understanding. She does not do unnecessary work which is evidenced by 40 year old crowns still in my mouth. Dr. Trullard monitors the health of those teeth but doesn't tell me it is necessary to replace. Her office staff is professional and friendly; they also understand my fears and take good care of me. I have referred patients over the years and everyone sticks with her. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Trullard, which says alot for this person that HATES to go to the dentist.
