The staff was ready for me with insurance contacts and paperwork done as well as previous xrays from the last dentist. The dentist explained everything using xrays and his observations. This review is long over due...I have had nothing but a great experience every time I come in for a visit. I have never had a root canal done or even a crown and it went so well. The Friday before my Tuesday appointment the front desk called to remind me of my appointment and my portion of cost. Then that Tuesday the front desk called again just minutes before I was to be seen to say I did not have an appointment, but I taped the appointment card to my calendar and saved the voice message. It was for a crown on a pretty bothersome tooth. It could be in response to the fact that I needed pain relief and told Elisha I was allergic to Codeine and due to stage 2 kidney failure I could not tolerate tylenol or any other NSAIDs ( read all reviews to see how that happened) but he ordered Ultracet which has tylenol in it so I was in pain for about 48 hours. I guess I will have to go in on Monday to get answers and may walk out with my xrays and chart. If I have another dentist to review in the near future I hope it doesn't end up weird like this one. I found myself needing a last minute crown repair googling dentists on a Sunday night. Being that it was my front tooth I wanted to get in ASAP. Not only did Dr. Warnock's office get me in by 10:30 AM Monday morning, they also managed to get me in for a cleaning. The entire process was quick and easy. They worked with my insurance and did not try and charge me an insane amount or give me any extra, unnecessary dental care. All the staff were extremely friendly and gentle with their work. Dr. Warnock and his entire staff are the epitome of everything you could want in a Dentist's office. The entire staff is so friendly and eager to help their patients in any way they can. The office is beautiful and very clean. The office is also extremely organized so it's easy to remember appointments and schedule any follow up required. Dr. Warnock is the man! He's a bit out of the way for me, but he is the only dentist I trust with my teeth. It's been a few months now and my teeth feel great! He's professional, extremely flexible, and awesome to talk to. We had to do a root canal and a few fillings and everything was taken care of and essentially painless. He was upfront about the cost and how long it took and it felt like I was talking to someone who sincerely care about me and the health of my teeth. Also, I had a few appointments where he had to stay late waiting for me due to work and but he was willing to work with my schedule and that meant a lot. Make this guy your dentist! read more

I'm a traveling PTA from Ohio & let me tell you that CA has stolen my heart, I may be here to stay so the challenge of finding an amazing Dentist became an immediate priority when my bottom wisdom teeth made me feel their rath. So I did what any traveling medical professional does & broke out the Yelp reviews! I can't tell you how many times this has worked out for me to rely on these reviews. Yelp is a life saver. When I came across Dr. Warnock his reviews were unique that's why I lingered. People mentioning him as if he were a best friend & about the personal follow up calls from him when checking on his patients. I was hooked when someone mentioned laughing at the dentist's office, I thought yeah okay that must be a family member. Though the warm reviews Made me call to schedule an appt with him for a second opinion on whether I should go with a Normal extraction or the oral surgeon route since the proximity of the nerve was making ME nervous when having such an angled tooth. In an instant, I saw in him the warmth that everyone else had seen. This needs to include the dental hygienist and administrative secretary too! Such cohesion between this team and it's not hard to see they love what they do when in the moment you have a drill in your mouth, somehow they still find ways to put you at ease. So much positive energy & the casual conversation with them just reels you in. We need to feel comfortable & safe with the people that reach in our mouths so let me say that they gained my trust fast which isn't easy to do. They have a very holistic approach which I've been seeking desperately. During his consult I was convinced with his confidence to have a normal tooth extraction. I had my X-rays sent over to his office & now I'm healing fast without any complications! I don't know many people who look forward to seeing a dentist, but on this particular Friday at 4:55 p.m. I had a festering dental problem and stumbled upon this dentist and his super efficient and experienced dental assistant. I was asked medical history, pain level, and then brought to the back where X-ray's were done and then Novocaine administered as Dr Warnock explained my options of extraction or root canal and crown. The two of them worked in sync, as if they'd been working together for years. We were almost done, but Dr decided on more Novocaine for the final drilling and I am glad he did. Things went smoothly and I went home with no pain. On Monday I got a call from Dr. Warnock checking on how I was doing! I really appreciated that he followed up on me. I have never had a dentist do that before. This doctor very skilled in his profession and his equipment is state of the art. He and his staff have excellent bedside manner. Putting me at ease when in a dental chair is almost impossible to do but they succeeded and the focus on pain management, the quality of care, excellent communication, and the excellent skill with the reconstruction of my molar has me sold. I will continue with this dentist; he is a rare find. Since moving to Morgan Hill 24 years ago, a handful of dentists have treated me. It took some years, but in 1998 I finally did find a gentle and competent dentist but he ended up moving and I have had to go through a several fair one's I was not impressed with. I have found the best in Morgan Hill. I've had more dental work than the average person, starting at age three and a half with the silver crowns on my baby teeth ( I remember the dentist commenting on my young age).Because I have had dentists in my life for fifty plus years I think I can say this is the best dentist I have gone to in the past 30 years. This office is amazing... I just finished my visit. As soon as I stepped in the office, Dr. Warnock came out to the reception are and greeted me. He said hello and asked how I had been. I had only been there once before, but I almost felt like an old friend. This visit was for the first half of my deep cleaning. The dental hygienist (Danielle) was very good. She is friendly and reassuring. Historically, I experience quite a bit of pain and discomfort during a deep cleaning. There was no pain and little to no discomfort. I have to return for my second deep cleaning appointment in about a month and I have no fear or hesitation based on how well this appointment went. The office is extremely clean and the staff is amazing. Dr. Warnock is very friendly and down to earth. The hygienist was great as well as the front office staff. I would recommend anyone that is in need of a good dentist to give this office a try. read more

Matt is an excellent dentist. I was dreading having a broken tooth pulled that basically had nothing left but he made it an enjoyable experience. I definitely didn't think I would be in the chair joking with a friend through a process like this, but Matt made it painless and easy. Constantly made sure there was no discomfort. I went to another dentist before I went to him for the implant process, and Matt's prices were much more affordable out of pocket than the other dentist. This was the best dentist experience I've ever had. I'm new in town and hadn't been to a dentist in a few years but I have insurance and felt the need to just bite the bullet and get a cleaning and a checkup. Danielle was my hygienist and she was super nice! Very friendly and not an ounce of judgement as she scraped my teeth. Dr. Warnock was super nice as well he was very knowledgeable and was able to quickly determine a couple of things that needed attention and scheduled them for the coming months.
