I ask how you can tell if it would fix the furnace without connecting it? He says test the old one. Which didn't work - HELLO! Very bad for business. We were never told that to connect it voids the return policy. There is nothing written on the receipt except the words all returned goods need to be with this receipt. I can see why they aren't a member of the BBB. I will find somewhere else to buy parts. I will refuse to use any furnace repair company who uses Seneca in Vernon.
