Is completed in the same day but was discovered afterwards that the surround was was installed wrong so had to be reordered and first one had to be torn out and reorder installed at his expense. New bath faucet internals also had to be replaced (at owners expense) because when soldering in place he got the fixture to hot and ruined the parts so faucet leaked from day one. Also a few years later when installing new siding discovered instead of ordering correct window the window that was installed was a "replacement" window meant to go in an old window frame but was installed in a wood frame opening with a horrible caulk and trim job on the outside which allowed the window drain holes to leak water into the wall of the house for years. The wall had to be torn apart and rebuilt from the water and subsequent insect damage. Worst contractor I have ever dealt with.

Background on how I ended up calling CNY Electrical:…read more Thank you to Bergovic Electric for being so unprofessional and sketchy; you saved me money! I got a text message (he didn't even bother to call) at 6 the evening before saying that one of his guys had covid and he MIGHT have to cancel. I begged him to please find a way to come as we scheduled this appointment so I would have an outlet for a new fridge that I was having delivered. I also had a couple of lights that needed installing and a switch that needed to be moved along with a light. He said he would keep me updated and would reach out in the morning. Two days later and I have not heard from him. I assume the truth is they found a job that was more beneficial payment wise and decided they could do without my business. This actually worked out for me! The owner Shawn from CNY Electrical took my call and listened to what happened to me and said he would ask one of his guys to come out the following day. CNY Electrical came out this morning and did the same job for $100 cheaper! The work was done exactly the way I wanted it and Jason was amazing! He explained everything he was doing and even guided me in setting up my Ring devices. He was polite and cleaned up after he was completed with the job. I highly recommend this company for any electrical work that needs to be done. I will certainly be calling them when it is time to renovate the downstairs of my home as well as outdoor lighting that I will be installing. Thanks again for coming through on a pinch CNY Electrical! STAY FAR AWAY FROM BERGOVIC ELECTRIC.
