The branch managers, Andrew and Mari Kyrylenko, did not demonstrate effective leadership. They advised purchasing more sessions, so I bought an $800 bundle to keep my son enrolled 3-4 times per week, but it did not improve his math grade. I also found Mari Kyrylenko to be unprofessional in our interactions. When I raised concerns about my son's progress, she insisted that I purchase another $800 or my son would not be allowed to attend. Based on my experience, Mathnasium Hancock Park felt more like a business than a learning center, and I cannot recommend it. If you're seeking real progress for your child, consider other options (Ex;LA Tutors, ) and look for a tutor who genuinely cares about your child's improvement rather your tutor center focused only on pursuing sessions for their benefit.
