In fact, about 18 months after beginning, I was able to teach a music clinic in Italy to Italians, mainly in Italian. I have no aptitude for language, and I owe this completely to the school. All I did was simply follow the homework assignments, and practiced a few minutes a day every day. Currently Sylvia is my teacher I had and she is great! The front office is also excellent. They are very accommodating, kind and thoughtful. When I was injured they called me specifically to see how I was doing. The owner is a very nice woman also. They all add a nice personal touch. Classes are affordable and you can take makeups for classes you miss, so the value is excellent. It has been a dream of mine to learn Italian. I highly recommend this school if you live in Los Angeles!

Claudia was immediately available to give me an assessment over the phone and suggested a range from Intermediate 3-5, and let me know I could move up or down if it was too challenging or not enough, walked me through billing etc. She was so sweet and super helpful, correcting my sentences after my attempts to translate what she asked. Thanks Claudia! You are amazing :) So exited to start on Tuesday!

If you're looking for a great Spanish teacher or just want to learn a new language, you've found…read morethe right place with Dream Spanish. What makes her different is she doesn't just teach you Spanish. She teaches you the culture behind it, the why behind the language, and who the people are. That's the kind of depth you just don't get from Duolingo or a typical Spanish tutor. She really takes the time to understand what you're trying to accomplish and does her best to tailor the lessons to your needs, whether that's one-on-one or in a group setting. She's patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely wants to see you succeed. I highly recommend Dream Spanish to anyone who wants to actually learn the language instead of just memorizing words.

She has never missed or canceled a class till date and always on time. My kids love her class. They have never complained or told me that they don't want to attend a class. They are always eager to attend her class each week. The other day the kids were able to understand a group of people talking in Spanish and were able to translate what they were speaking. This I believe is a success story as we speak English and Tamil at home and the adults in the house does not know Spanish except for gracias. Gracias Martha!

Pros: - the academics are excellent, especially when it comes to learning to read. - cannot say enough good things about Ms. Gia! - they enjoyed coming to school and loved their teachers - there is a true commitment to the value of bilingualism Opportunities for growth which I don't think could be learned from a tour or handbook: - traditional binary gender stereotypes are reinforced with explanations or comments like "boys like to play more rough" - there is a missed opportunity to engage with parents as equal partners who can add value. - I wouldn't mind sacrificing the academics a bit for more time spent on social emotional content, such as how to navigate conflict on the playground or being inclusive of all classmates or celebrating growth and transitions Would I choose a different preschool if I had to do it all over again? I don't think so. We would still have chosen this school. It was a solid start to our children's school experiences.

The biggest, loudest red flag is their snack menu: skinny POPCORN and RAISINS, two of the most commonly known choking hazards. The admin confirmed their snack schedule is up to date, and indicated "nothing has ever happened before" when questioned about the popcorn and raisins. Well, I'm glad none of the kids under your supervision have choked as a result, but that doesn't mean it can't happen. Any decent preschool / day care would not endanger their littles. On top of that, the teachers looked tired and the playrooms underwhelming. I observed a couple of children practicing writing, yet they seemed dim and not as engaged or as happy as other kids I've observed at other schools. No, I would not recommend this place. I would stay far away.

We enrolled with high hopes, but unfortunately our experience was very different from what we expected. During the time my son attended the school, he came home several times with scratches and bite marks that I had never been told about. I usually found them during bath time, and whenever I asked what had happened, no one could give me an explanation. One teacher, in particular, seemed to make my son very anxious. He would cry whenever he saw her. One day he came home with blood on his clothes, and I was told he had fallen. As a mom, that really worried me and made me question the level of supervision. I also noticed changes in my son's behavior while he was attending the school. He became more irritable, his eating habits changed, and he started hitting his older brother, which was completely out of character for him. I can't say what caused those changes, but I noticed them during the time he was there, and they concerned me. Even after we left the school, whenever we drove past it, he would often become upset and say, "Mommy, I don't want to go to that school." Seeing that broke my heart. It took me a long time to help him feel like himself again. Every child and every family's experience may be different. This was simply ours, and as a mother, I felt it was important to share it so other parents can make the decision they believe is best for their own children.
