Shortly before I got engaged my family came across a video of my grandparents wedding. Of course it was black and white and without sound, but it was amazing. Seeing pictures of their wedding was great, but seeing a video brought tears to our eyes - including my grandmother. Fast forward a year I sat at a table with my father discussing wedding items. I wouldn't consider myself the type of bride that dreamt of my wedding day ever since I was a little girl. Lets start off by saying that my wife is a professional wedding coordinator and events planner for a private country club in the local area. She has worked with many vendors and videographers and the competition compared to Dan is unmatched. Dan did the video for my wedding earlier this year. He was extremely professional, on point, and on time! He works very hard at creating the atmosphere as to get you smiling and to capture the moments of your big day. You always hear that your wedding day goes by so quick that you hardly have time to remember it. That is true. Looking back at all the decisions my husband and I made for our wedding, we would have to say picking Dan to do our wedding video was definitely one of the best decisions that we made! Where do I start?! When we first started looking into getting a videographer, I looked at at least 20 videographers to see the type of work they produced. I wasn't very impressed and was very close to just saying "forget it. We don't need a wedding." All the wedding videos that I saw didn't catch my eye. They seemed so unnatural, somewhat staged, and the progression of the video was all over the place (the video would start at the reception, go to the ceremony, then back to the reception, and then to the part where the bride and groom are getting ready). It wasn't until I stumbled upon a video Dan did at Casa Real (where my husband and I got married) that we were convinced we needed to have our wedding filmed! His work is amazing!
