I wanted to have an introductory video for my business website that would explain what we offer in a few minutes. I am thrilled with the work Soleil Productions did. The first meeting I had with Soleil was to help me plan the script for the video. He gave me an outline of what I needed to come up with to get my message across. This was truly helpful as it gave me a guide for the video shoot. At the video shoot, Soleil broke down my script into sections. We did one section at a time. This was essential because I was able to relax and talk about each section for 20-30 seconds. It made it a whole lot easier than trying to remember everything over a 2-3 minute time frame. We also did 3-5 video recordings of each short segment. He latter took the best video of each section and put them all together. He had met me at a job site and took videos of my Technician doing the smart home security installation as well as close ups of the products. This really made a huge difference in how satisfied I am with the end result. After a day of shooting videos, the magic begins with the video editing process. I was amazed by how many different angles and video recordings Soleil seamlessly put together. I could not be more happy! I don't have a good experience with Soleil and his company. I hired him for my wedding as he was referred by the wedding coordinator. He did not shoot the important elements of the wedding and unfortunately, we asked our guests to not take videos during the wedding so that Soleil and his team can produce a professional product. That did not happen. His coverage is incomplete, his team didn't stay as contractually agreed upon. He is not responsive and had a lot of excuses not to talk on the phone. I have given him so much time to respond and come up with a fair resolution but he chose not to. He may boast that he has the updated equipment in the industry but the quality of service he provided to me is unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend but if you do decide to hire him, make sure you do your due diligence in researching to spare you the headache and even possible legal actions. read more

I called and spoke to Ryan who could not have been more caring and willing to assist. Our dog rescue group was searching for a lost dog (medical) and had been on it for 2 days, and had hopes that use of a drone could help. As a rescue organization, we had little money to dedicate and Ryan was willing to help and send his team at a steep discount. I cannot say enough good things about his understanding of our situation and the urgency of getting the dog -- showing up to help in a few hours.
