Your promotion and career path are dictated by how many of those solicitations can convert to appointment. He said there is gas $$ or some type of reimbursement while you are on the floor. But, I didnt bother to check. He kept saying he is looking for a person to manage those people but everybody should start from the floor. He also mentioned the company has been around for 30 years and in 55 different regions . I will leave that for you to decide. I couldnt find anything about Titan Corp anywhere. Maybe you can research better than me. He mentioned Direct TV, and other big name companies as clients. Basically Titans Corp Pleasanton is looking for mass number of people to promote Home Depot. If you survive, then go to the next round.
