The photos from my event looked better than expected! Very easy to work with and delivered on time. Highly recommend

I've worked with Nick & Jared for three years now and they are incredibly talented and easy to work with! They are seasoned pros that always work to meet your vision while also providing their own insights to ensure that everything goes smoothly. You can tell that they really care about the end product and want you to walk away with the best possible version of your project. On top of that, they are very adaptable and easy-going when presented with challenges. They're really great at thinking on the fly and solving problems quickly. Truly can't recommend them highly enough! read more

Hiring Jared and his team was one of the best decisions I've ever made. The event was a Celebration of Life for my late wife, with 100+ guests throughout our home and gardens. Not only did he capture the beauty and feelings of the event, but he conducted lovely interviews with many of the guests. In addition, he was able to smoothly integrate many still photos into the video. I'd certainly hire Jared again. His work exceeded my expectations. It was a great value for the money spent. read more

These guys are the best! They were able to book an appointment within days of my reaching out, which really helped due to my tight deadline. They communicated clearly, explained things I needed to know about, and provided helpful tips to make sure I would get the video that I wanted. They showed up on time with a whole studio's worth of professional gear that they set up in the recording space. They were supportive and pleasant during the recording. After it was done, they packed up quickly and left the space clean. I got all my files the next day and was happy to pay them via Zelle. I got great video footage for an excellent price and it was all super convenient and easy. read more

Definitely would recommend!! Even though a song list was provided, he read the room and played what the crowd was feeling! Over all great experience and will be contacting for future events! read more

Super satisfied with the service and value provided by this team. I needed compression of videos and my videos turned out exactly what I needed. Nick provided options and flexibility. They have the equipment and software to handle large files. Nick was kind and reassured me that the files were safe and went above and beyond for me to back them up. I only had one file and wasn't able to save. He even looked for alternatives to save the customer time and money. He provided accurate estimation of project time. The team was extremely responsive throughout the time of my project. Will definitely be in touch with Level 2 for my future projects!! Thankful! read more

I have now worked with Nick and Level 2 productions on a few events. I was hugely impressed with the job he did working with Michael Franti, Jerry Rice, and Steve Young. He is always relaxed and SO EASY to work with. I highly recommend Nick and Level 2 for video or photography services read more

Jared and Nick are the absolute best! They are incredibly skilled at their craft. They really know how to conceptualize and capture an idea. Thank you guys so much for your help with our projects and we cant wait to work with you guys again! read more

Nick was simply amazing to work with. His work looks incredible, he was extremely responsive to our requests, and his professionalism was exemplified by his respect for Covid-safety guidelines. We wanted our condo loft video'd and photographed for future rentals and the chance we decide to sell it. It was difficult to convey the feeling of vastness from the 25' ceilings and large windows with our iPhone camera so we called on Nick because of the fantastic video he created for a property sale. We're so glad to have invested in Nick's work because we have total confidence that our property will get plenty of attention with the aid of his video and pictures. I noticed he did several re-takes from different angles without mentioning it and the results speak for themselves. Thank you again, Nick, for the quick turnaround and the high quality content! read more

Level 2 really is next level! Jared is a dream to communicate with - always punctual, clear and on-point. Both Jared and Nick bring a winning combination of professionalism, fun and calm to film shoot days. They are so easy to work with - a huge asset. I have worked with a lot of production companies so I truly appreciate their no-fuss approach. Post-production is always fast and easy. They go the extra mile to deliver the vision I'm trying to create and when I have edits, there is no ego. Excellent customer service. And, they always come in on budget and on time. Highly recommend! read more

I re-upped with Level Two Productions for another film and production project. I had a complex environment to capture due to terrible lighting and background noise worse than Caltrain passing each other in opposite directions. Above it all, Nick and Jared were able to navigate the complexities and help me execute my vision. They even offered their professional recommendations as we went through the process, which went above and beyond. They truly take care of me as a client, and commit to giving me their time and energy. I can safely say that I'll be a client for life. read more

My business needed a video that could explain what we do, in an effective and clear way. While I could just make a quick video at home, the quality and professionalism that came with Level 2 Productions was completely OVER my expectations. I think one of the biggest fears any business owner encounters, is the unforeseen quality in trying new services. The Shoot: Jared came out with all of his equipment, set it up in no time, and helped me with my script. I had some ideas, but to be completely honest, I told him I needed help writing it. Without question, he provided me some guidelines on what works best. To verify, I did some research and every point he suggested was backed by the research I found. During the shoot, I needed more time, and Jared worked overtime with us! He made me feel calm during the shoot, which really helped because I was a bit nervous when we started. But by the end, I was completely at peace and was extremely excited for the results. The Editing: Unlike most studios that will edit your content and deliver it without any more edits, Level 2 Productions has a process where you are able to provide feedback during every frame of the video! They send you a link, and you watch you video. While you watch it, you can comment on which parts you enjoy, which parts you want to change, and which parts you want out completely! It took us a few iterations to get the product we wanted, but the final result looks SO professional! Verdict: Every aspect, from the communication, to the shoot, and finally the editing, was professional and amazing. We will be working with Level 2 Productions in the future, and will be recommending them with every client we have. read more

We hired L2 to come shoot a few professional photos on a last minute notice. Nick was incredibly professional and made us feel at ease. He had great tips to help make the photos look as natural and as comfortable as possible. His direction and experience made the whole process quick and smooth. The photos arrived in a very timely manner and he even followed up with us to confirm if we needed any revisions made. We will definitely utilize L2 again in the future! read more

I absolutely enjoyed working with the Level 2 Production team. They were flexible, accommodating, professional and highly communicative throughout the entire process. I had a client located in the Walnut Creek area that needed to film several interview style videos for a product launch. The issue is I was notified with only 5 days to plan. Upon reaching out to the team, Jared effortlessly worked with me to work out a timeline and schedule. In the most unlikely situation, the talent got extremely sick early morning of filming day. Jared was able to rearrange his schedule to make time for us within our project timeline. During the actual shoot, both Jared and and Nick were highly professional, supportive and efficient. We were able to crank out all 13 videos with costume changes and set changes in 3 only hours. They were even able to turn around final footage in less than 48 hours!! If you're looking for a team of client orientated, flexible, detail orientated, professional videographers - you have to contact the Level 2 Productions team. read more

When looking to produce a video recently, Jared and his team were highly recommended to me. It was a tricky job; a tough location in downtown San Francisco, shooting an interview with one of our company's best clients. Every aspect from the first communication to the final steps in the process went very well. For the shoot, the crew showed up on time, had great gear, set up like pros, handled the client respectfully, shot great footage and edited the package to our specifications. The team at Level 2 Productions is top notch, and I highly recommend them. I have already used them for two more videos and hope to work with them again in the future. read more

Jared and Nick came to our rescue at the last minute for an annual video project when our usual videographer went radio silent. They were extremely patient, thorough, and helpful with an obvious wealth of knowledge and experience. The footage turned out very well; in fact, based on the standard our colleagues have submitted in years past, I daresay they helped the San Francisco office set a new standard of quality for our department. I would 100% hire them again. read more

We have been partnered with Nick and Level 2 Productions at our company for quite some time. They've been such a great help in helping capture and provide marketing assets for our new hotel that opened up this past July! They've been so easy to work with -- it's always a pleasure. The quality of work and photos/videos never fail us. We look forward to partnering with Nick and Level 2 Productions for more years to come! read more

Level 2 Productions went above and beyond for our startup marketing video. This was our first marketing video for the company and despite our inexperience and short timeline, they helped us through every step of the flow and made sure to deliver a high-quality video with plenty of time to spare before the deadline. They were able to add in all the different types of phone/device animations we had imagined, and even provided an incredibly simple process for us to incorporate our comments/feedback into the video itself. They definitely took our startup to the next level and we are definitely coming back to them for all our marketing video needs in the future. Thank you so much for taking the time and care to make our company and product look exciting, trustworthy, and engaging. read more

Recently worked with Level 2 Productions at a wedding. Before the event their team was very easy to get a hold of and work with. When they arrived they were professional and social with every guest. Their Photo Booth is unique, it is inflatable and can fit up to 20 people comfortably with an attendant taking each picture to make sure it came out as expected. The props were great and the flow of the line went very quickly. On top of that the prints were very clear. I would highly recommend Level 2 Productions for your event needs. read more

I recruited Level 2 in pursuit of creating a professional, polished trailer for an online training. Quickly, it became clear that Jared and Nick have high standards for quality work. During our shoot, they even gave me pro tips on how to behave in front of the camera so we could produce an amazing video that we would all be proud of. The trailer turned out so phenomenal that a week later, I booked them again for more filming. They're skilled, communicative, professional, well priced, and I couldn't recommend them more! read more

I used Level 2 last week. I was from out of town and needed a videographer for my YouTube video. They were very responsive immediately which is always a good sign. They were able to work within my budget as well. They were also early to both events I needed them at and were very social and professional at the same time Because this was during Covid; they went above and beyond to comply with all social distancing and testing needed. The end product was high quality and I really couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend! read more

I don't usually leave Yelp reviews, but absolutely had to after my experience with Level 2 Productions. Jared and Nicked, the co-founders, are extremely passionate about what they do, and it shows through their work. My experience with L2P creating a video for my Kickstarter project was phenomenal. It was a blast driving all around San Francisco for a month and coming up with creative concepts. Jared and Nick are very diligent in their work, much like an artist with a painting. They work with you to find out exactly what you want, and then they make it even better. Not only that, but the entire process was lively and fun. Whether you're a startup, established business, small company, org, etc you should work with L2P as they are one of the few companies in the Bay Area that creates engaging and high quality videos. Once you've worked with individuals as passionate and driven Nick and Jared, you most likely won't want to work with anyone else! read more

L2P is my go-to providers for any sort of video + film production, hands down! Our company always hires the individuals at L2P for our upcoming product releases (and they always deliver). I had the opportunity of helping out with one of their shoots, and I have to say they were great! They always keep professional about there work, but at the same time they're able to be fun and entertaining about it. I'm not very experienced when it comes to videography, but they were extremely helpful and willing to teach me anything I didn't know. They're great workers, great professionals, but mostly, just great people. Whether I need to get a video shot or help them out with a video, 5/5 would do again. read more

I have worked with many production companies over the last 10 years shooting videos for marketing, branding, and events. They are able to properly investigate what you are looking for, shoot fantastic footage, and edit quickly that matches exactly what you are looking for (even if you don't know how to EXACTLY express it). Serious professionals and are honest about pricing - they will work within your budget and find ways to SAVE you costs. Could not recommend them more highly. read more

L2P has helped me out with both their cool Photobooth and filming services. Jared is my usual point of contact in the company and he is always very friendly. They are pretty flexible when it comes to scheduling and try to work with your timing to the best of their ability. At one of the events I needed their help on (involved some live streaming), complications due to a third party came up, I had to rearrange meeting time with the L2P team about 3 times and every time they were very accommodating. I would definitely recommend their light up photobooth for some simple party fun and their professional film team if you're looking for more serious event coverage. read more

I had an amazing experience with Jared and his team at Level 2 Productions. They were on time, friendly, efficient and the quality was amazing. As at any live virtual event, there was a hiccup or two and they dealt with it promptly and efficiently. They even gave us suggestions on what/how we can make our next event better, like giving away prizes and having the prizes show up on the screen to get people excited. They made me feel very comfortable and they paid attention to all the little details. We had over 300 people and multiple T.V.'s Etc and it was just awesome!!
