I can't imagine too much they could have done better, it was all so well done. Also Kyle's response time to emails was almost instant, even on weekends and odd hours. I had very little help and was a DIY bride so I was super overwhelmed, and it meant SO MUCH to be able to cross things off my to do list so quickly. HUGE! (Even after the wedding and paid in total, he still had amazing response time).
