Sadly, we were not a "camera happy" family, so I'm left with few pictures and memories. Seven years later my father was laid to rest. He was a very private and humble man. The grief of losing my sister & mom added to his privacy with a final request that only the immediate family attend his funeral. This goes against Guamanian customs and knew it would cause concern for extended family on the island. We agreed to respect his final request along with no Celebration of Life. Arrangements were made to have Michael video the service so we could share it with extended family for their closure and remembrance. Our father received Military honors (for 20 years of service with the Navy) and was laid to rest at Golden Gate National Cemetery. Michael positioned his equipment perfectly to film the entire family, provide sound for the Chaplin, Taps, folding/presentation of the flag and 3-volley salute. Special pictures of our family, old pictures of gatherings with our father's siblings over the years and career achievements were incorporated into the video with instrumental background music. To say the least, MJVP did an incredible job memorializing and honoring our father. Michael's knowledge and keen eye produced a gift that will span the balance of my lifetime and generations to come. No words can express my deepest appreciation of the gift Michael has created for our family. I only wish we would have done the same for my mother & sister. We booked REB6Studios for our wedding because after watching their films you can tell they have everything you'd want in a wedding video: all the emotional and fun moments captured with amazing cinematography, perfect music and tearjerking storytelling. We received our wedding video earlier than expected and it blew us away. All the shots were beautiful, carefully put together with many details weaved into the film. REB6Studios even incorporated audio from the speeches, and the bride and groom letter readings from before the ceremony. They included many heartfelt stories from our night, such as the emotional moments mentioned in those speeches and letters. The best part is they perfectly balanced the happy and emotional moments, also including the extra fun scenes like the reception dance performances, money dance, and dance floor footage! The screen had lines and would black out, making the laptop unusable. When I took it to the Apple Store, I was quoted $1,100 just to send it in for diagnosis, or $1,400 for a new laptop. I contacted two other repair shops, but they didn't handle Macs or water damage. Thankfully, I found San Francisco Bay Computer Services. They quoted me $467 for the repair, which included a screen with the Apple logo. I paid a 50% deposit, and they ordered the part, which arrived in just one day. I dropped off the laptop in the morning and picked it up the same day--fully repaired and working perfectly! They also provided a 30-day warranty on labor and assured me the parts have a manufacturer warranty. To top it off, I received a 20% discount on labor for my next visit (not that I hope to need it anytime soon!). Ed was responsive on the phone and texted me when laptop was ready for pickup. Their professionalism, efficiency, and fair pricing make them stand out. I highly recommend this business to anyone in need of computer repairs, especially for Macs!

We rented a mixer/interface and an additional 8 channel board, and he knew his gear and its capabilities inside and out, promptly confirming via email what exactly I'd be renting, plus useful links to download drivers and manuals. Pickup was a breeze, and he spent plenty of time explaining the workings of the machine so that even technologically challenged me felt confident in the gear. As things went wrong during my setup process, as was bound to occur, Tony made himself quite available for phone questions, pointing me in the right direction until all was running flawlessly.
