Genrose Insurance, and Brian Weaver completely dropped the ball. There was no communication between them and the new company, no notice to us (per my wife), and as a result the policy went to collections--dropping my credit score by 50 points. To make matters worse, Brian never bothered to call or follow up, even though both my wife and I have 35+ years in the mortgage industry and have referred plenty of business to their office. Apparently, our business and referrals weren't important enough to warrant a simple phone call. I reached out and he didn't respond to me for over a month. Unprofessional, careless, and in my opinion, bad business. We will no longer refer clients here and will be taking our business elsewhere.

Every client I have sent him has saved money and now has better coverage. As a licensed agent (property manager with Marken Realty Corp.), I would recommend calling Brian for any insurance questions you may have. It is prudent that you have the right policy especially if you have a rental investment property or even if you are a renter. Protect your investments and protect yourself. But Brian is more than just your insurance guy. He is the most connected individual with an abundance of connections to every trade or service in the valley.
