They found an insurance company that cost us less ($800 less a year) but gave us more coverage than that well known insurance company. Score! And the people here are SO NICE and helpful! Our account executive is Donna Scott and she is wonderful! Highly recommend The Arizona Group Insurance for your insurance needs.

Hi Debbie, EZ Window Washing here. I've been with the AZ Group coming up on 4 years now. No issues…read more Always a pleasure getting the help needed from Joseph Cook and a couple others. Today draws the line though, unfortunately. Again, Hi Debbie, as I'm sure your boss will walk in and discuss this review with you. After you hung up on me, I took the liberty of calling back and had the privilege of speaking with two other associates that verified The Arizona Group does not tell clients to "stop talking" or to "be quiet" in the middle of a sentence. 10 days ago I asked for VERY SPECIFIC information to be emailed to one of my clients regarding an audit. You verified all the information and told me it would be emailed ASAP. As time passed, I assumed you did your job accordingly. Unfortunately, that did not happen. My client informed me today that they did not receive anything they needed. So, I gave you a call today and as I was in the middle of explaining what I needed AGAIN you decided to not only talk over me but tell me to stop talking and to chuckle and laugh as my frustration over the phone began to rise (Did not yell or use profanity) Your lack of attention to detail, no sense of accountability and your entitlement to talk to clients as if they're a piece of trash underneath your shoe, baffles me. You are the prime reason and perfect example of commercial clients leaving their providers/insurance offices for others because of the lack of customer service you display. Your attitude towards me has been NOTED over the years. Also, you openly telling others on the phone, while I'm on HOLD, that you don't want to talk to me when I'm actively seeking HELP for my client, when they have a deadline to meet, tells me you should retire and find peace within yourself and a job where you'll be held accountable for your disrespectful manners. I shouldn't be telling somebody in their mid 70's to learn respect. Especially in a job where they're dealing with all sorts of people on a daily basis.

This review has been a long time coming. I have tried to settle everything and get help from the…read moreoffice directly and I can't. I've left several messages for the agent himself, nothing back. I have asked this place to update my address for nearly 2 years and they STILL haven't. This has caused mail they "claim" to have sent...not received. My rates increased out of nowhere last month, $15/month. No notification via call, email, text, written, smoke signals, nothing. I have been asking into this for over a month now and just kept getting brushed off. I have texts with the office showing the run around I've been given. Most recently, I had worked with Mona who was quite unprofessional and gave me, flat out, wrong answers. She had an attitude from the beginning when I asked if I could review some charges, as I felt that I was due a credit. I ended up hanging up eventually because all the conversation was doing was getting me more frustrated. I called back later and got Miranda. Thank G-d. Miranda has tried to help me as best she can but there has definitely been someone messing around with my info and my account. I was texting last week for about an hour, back and forth. The rep REFUSED to identify herself and since I've texted with Miranda several times, I knew it was NOT her. Just more to show how dishonest this girl Mona is. Hoping this review will at least get me a call back from the agent as he should care how he's being represented. I gave 2 stars because Miranda (and Esteban!!) have had a useful head on their shoulders. Otherwise, it would've gotten no stars.

It's kind of how you wish all businesses operated. I left a message and Chris Fong got back to me within minutes. We setup a session and he walked me through the medical, dental and prescription choices. He gave me options, some insights to the various insurance companies which helped me make the right decision for me. During our video session together (really, he did all the work), he got me signed up and all the financials taken care of. There were a few frustrating moments as dealing with insurance companies isn't fun. So while I was ready to smash my pc, Chris didn't. Very patient man. There was a follow-up item that I had to do a few weeks later and he took care of that too. The whole experience with Chris was incredible. I can't say enough about how professional and detailed he was. Thanks Chris!
