This review has been long overdue. Matt Cady and his team are amazing! We were in the process of buying our first home using our builders lender. Close to the closing date we were blind sided by "You need more income" , "You have to pay off your truck" , "you need a co-signer." They were also charging us a point, which I had no idea what that meant at the time. Mind you we have excellent credit scores. We were so bummed because we weren't going to get our home. The home that was brand new being built from the ground up, the home I picked the designs for, the home we have been waiting for all year. A family friend suggested that we call Matt Cady. I'm back again with a second review in 12 months because we just refinanced and Matt Cady's team delivered again--2-0!!! We thought we had an amazing rate with our purchase, but they were able to find us an unbelievable deal with the refi. The refinance went great--it required patience on our part so that Matt could find us the best deal. He asked us to trust him and because of our previous amazing experience with Matt and Mike, we did trust them. They found us an amazing deal and saved us a significant amount of money each month. We will be contacting them again this year (hopefully) for a construction ADU loan.
