Another one couldn't schedule us at all that week but recommended Paramount Plumbing, and we are so glad they did! "Michael" showed up on time, courageously crawled under the house, showed us a picture of where the damage was, and fixed it in very little time. He went above and beyond, even more so since there was still a big mud puddle under the house. We prepared ourselves for a huge repair bill, but to our amazement it was less than a vet visit ;-) We highly recommend Paramount Plumbing!

The service is lacking and they lie to up their charges. I had them come out to repair a leak, they sent out someone who was under qualified and charged by the hour. A $5000+ bill to fix a simple leak.

This is one honest tradesman, don't call anyone else to work on your A/C or heat!…read more I called Jason Sanchez Heating & Air for my A/C system that wasn't blowing cold air. Lucky for me, Jason the owner showed up! Right on time for our appointment, carefully and skillfully diagnosed the issue, replaced a part, and was back up and running in 15 minutes. He explained what he was doing as I was curious. He's a kind, friendly man and very knowledgeable and an expert at repairs. The repair was much less expensive than estimates I've received from other companies. I live in Shingletown, other companies wanted $200 just to show up. So, call Jason, you won't be disappointed!

Let's start at the beginning. I called several HVAC companies, and Jason Sanchez H & A Inc was the…read morefirst to reply. Jason was the first to schedulae and appointment and the first to provide me with an estimate. The other two companies I called required a second and third contact FROM ME to get a response. Only one provided me with an estimate. The other...they were booked out until October. NO WONDER THEY BLEW ME OFF! Jason's proposal came in higher than the other estimate, but a wise man once told me that if the estimate is within $XXX.00, go with the one you feel will have the best long-term service. He was within that range, so...duh. Justin and Devin did the installation of a mini-split in our garage. They asked my opinion on where to place the inside unit since it was different from what I "thought" would be best. They installed a Bosch unit that will easily cool our 750 sq ft garage to make it more comfortable for our puppy since he spends a lot of time with me. The work looks clean, and they cleaned up their debris before leaving. I CANNOT recommend Jason and his team enough. I will use them when our 18-year-old A/C units need replacing.

All done great. ALSO - when he hauled cabinets out of our front yard, and we were out of town, he noticed our garage door was partly opened. He called me when we were on the East coast and fixed the door with a five-gallon paint can so it wouldn't keep popping open. (We replaced the garage door this week.) Thanks, Ray, for keeping an eye out on your neighbors.)

And businesses often under-promise and over-deliver (which is rare, and oftentimes a selling point). Well, Ray over-promised and over-delivered (is that even possible?) Our water heater was in its last days and I could tell it was going downhill fast. It was a Thursday evening and I was losing hope that I'd get someone before the weekend hit. Well, Ray to the rescue. He responded via Yelp Thursday night letting me know to give him a call first thing Friday. Well, I did. And Ray walked me through step by step what it's going to look like and that he can come in Friday afternoon to get the water heater replaced. He answered all my questions BEFORE the job, made sure I knew everything I was going to purchase BEFORE he purchased it all. I was in the know and he did not try to sell me anything else I didn't need -- which I always appreciate. In fact, he went the extra mile to offer me different pricings and options for the water heater and its parts so I can pick for myself. He gave his two cents about the parts and the water heater AFTER I asked him about the difference, and not just rambling about his opinions trying to sell us the most expensive ones. Then, he came as promised right around noon and went right to fixing our mess. Got it done in a matter of few hours making it look awesome. Oh, but Ray isn't done after the installation and fix. He made sure to go over every little thing he did so that I wasn't left confused about anything. And he documented it all so I have it for my records. Then, he leaves saying I can let him know if I notice any further problems with it so he can make sure to tidy it up, not that I think I'll need it because he already did an awesome job for us. The job cost us right around what we thought it would cost us and that's always a good thing. A nice cherry on top is that Ray is very personable and is pleasant to talk with and is a people person. Might I add that he had a great attitude--not the kind of attitude that appears he's in it for the money. Nope. That's always the type of person we enjoy doing business with. Thanks, Ray! We will be contacting you if we need any other jobs fixed or looked at!

I was not given that final price before work began. The authorization section on my contract copy was blank, and I signed paperwork only after the repair. California Business and Professions Code §7159.10(d)(4) requires customers to receive a contract signed and dated by both parties before qualifying service-and-repair work begins. The company states that it uses flat-rate pricing rather than hourly billing. A breakdown I requested afterward included a $40 truck surcharge that had not been disclosed beforehand. After I raised my concerns, the company refunded $162.50, which I appreciate and should be acknowledged. My advice: get the complete written flat-rate price before work starts. Confirm all additional fees and whether the assessment fee is credited toward the repair. Make sure the required contract signatures are completed and you receive a copy before work begins.
