A 1 rating is too much to give them. We had a pipe burst in our bathroom which our complex fixed and the gentlemen that came here was very respectful and professional. Can't say the same for the rudeness when you call into their office. We have called them 2 times and even called our complex office regarding their equipment being picked up since we need to start the work we need to get our place back in order. I spoke to a young lady there who is trying to tell me that they knocked on our door and no one was home. I work remotely and I have a ring camera on my door. I see everything on my camera as to comes to my door. Dont tell me that I didnt hear the doorbell! There were workers here coming in and out of our place and my camera picked up every time the door was opened. Im looking at all the videos. What time were they here that they knocked on my door? You couldnt even tell me that. Dont keep telling me that because you didnt have key access to my place as the reason to support your belief that someone from your company was here! I can even get the workers that were here to verify that no one came here!! read more

We stopped at a yellow light and the Matrix van behind us blared their horn and continued to honk and try to intimidate us through the entire light. That's the kind of person you are dealing with. read more

Showed up at 430am to clean out a neighbor apartment, when I called the number to complain, all I got was a "...and...?". Unprofessional, unresponsive, and unfriendly, avoid at all costs! read more

I've used this vendor for awhile now and find that they are professional and responsive. I'm going to be using them again at a property in St. Pete! read more

carpet guy showed up reeking of alcohol. Never removed his sunglasses while speaking to myself or my wife. Made us feel very uncomfortable and completed the job in about 5 minutes. After i asked about multiple spots he seemed to miss, his reply was "youre only paying for a Basic carpet clean". Not only did he leave multiple stains behind, he also scuffed my walls and base boards with his hoses. On top of that he also parked in a handicap spot!!! No class!! read more

I was in need of a water extraction due to my AC leaking. There was two inches of water in the closet, and it went under the wall into the hallway and the bedroom closet. I called Matrix Carpet and a tech was at my house within 45 mins. Sam took care of the water, installed fans and a dehumidifier, and he jetted out the ac lines. A few days later, another technician, Daniel came out and rechecked everything, cleaned up some mold and installed another dehumidifier. They were both very friendly and very professional. They took care of the problem and I have had no recurring issues. I am also going to have them clean my carpets. I highly recommend Matrix Carpet for all of your carpet and water extraction needs. read more

Thank you for this amazing experience. It's been a while since I've met a bigger prick with an attitude. I would normally not cuss but this guy was something else. My husband scheduled the cleaning and we used this company twice before. He ordered the regular cleaning instead of the  deep clean which I didn't know, our mistake. I asked the guy if the stains on the carpet will all get out because other than that the cleaning doesn't make any sense as we have two dogs and its been a while that we had a cleaning. I only had dirt stains but I wanted to make sure it all goes out. He insured me that it will get done and then stormed off into the next room without saying anything, hitting my furniture left and right. He started to clean and went over my bed curtains together with other stuff. I asked him to hold on as I don't want them to get messed up. He bumped during the cleaning into multiple items, hit my glass table as he was not able to open his mouth and communicate with me before I could pick the furniture up and take his time with the cleaning. The whole time he had a nasty attitude with me. We booked two rooms, my second room is pretty much an hallway as the room is packed with furniture and the last guy that cleaned before him usually added at least the hallway  but this guy wanted to get out of here in 5 minutes without doing work so that didn't matter. He messed up my cable to my Firestick since he was aggressively cleaning and proceeded to tell me that he can't go over a surface multiple times till they are clean. What's the sense of the cleaning then? Maybe you should look up how to work down the road at Burger King where they can't get their toppings right and since you are so eager to get your work done together with the blessed don't tell me nothing don't ask me nothing attitude. This carpet cleaning service was for the birds and my carpet is still dirty. Thanks for nothing and never again. But then again your other reviews tell its all read more

The guy who picks up the phone has NO sense of handling customers. I would NEVER get it cleaned by this company after speaking to him. I think it is surviving because of the nice folks doing the actual job. read more

I would not recommend them at all. They don't that great of job cleaning the carpets but the customer service isn't great either. I scheduled a carpet cleaning and was asked what time slot I would like. I choose morning between 9-12, my husband stayed home during this time from work waiting for them. They never showed! He even called around 11:00 to get an ETA on when they would be arriving and was told soon. So when I called around 3:45 to see why they didn't show up I was told well he has lots of jobs and other important jobs he needs to finish first but your still on the schedule for today. That the time slot you pick doesn't mean he will come than. So why wasn't I told that when I scheduled? I have no idea. So we were supposed to basically take off work all day and wait around for them. They definitely don't put the customer first and I've never heard of carpet company that does this. If I pick a time slots than they coming during that time. The technician called around 4:00 saying he was at our apartment, which no one was home at that point. read more

Upon arriving to clean my carpets via a contract with my apartment complex and a schedueled appointment I wasn't aware of I answered my door with hesitation because I'm a tiny 22 yr old woman and two large men are at my front door unannounced. I try to get information saying "are you sure? I didn't scheduele anything I'm sorry" and the ONLY response I was offered was "are you gonna let us in or what?" at which point I felt pretty uncomfortable to say the least and aloud them in my home, they then say "so you gonna get your shit up? Cos we aren't waiting on you" I was in COMPLETE DISBELIEF and began arranging my apartment while calling my husband. The techs became very irate when my husband addressed a small stain before they left and when we reached our point of complete discomfort and asked them to leave they REFUSED and continued taking photos of my home without my permission!! If you'd like to feel unsafe and uncomfortable in your home I suggest you come here!!! ALSO don't bother calling , because randy will literally tell you "that's nice I don't believe you though" what a shame ‍ read more
