Her husband, Bill, came out to clean a very dirty white linen couch, and he did a fantastic job. He was here for a few hours and was such a pleasure to have in our home -- kind, professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and clearly someone who really knows his craft. He also took the time to explain what he was doing and taught me quite a bit along the way. While he was here, he also gave us quotes for a few daybeds and helped finish up some granite and quartz that had gotten a little damaged during our move, which was an unexpected bonus. Everything turned out beautifully, and the pricing was more than reasonable for the amount of time, care, and expertise involved. Sue and Bill are just genuinely lovely people, and I absolutely recommend Steam Boss.

After getting the runaround so much I decided to just do it myself. I was watching you tube videos on how to do this and found steam bosses video. I thought it was very helpful. I saw the machine steam boss uses for this process. So I called Home Depot and asked if they rent this equipment, the lady at Home Depot was short and not helpful. Then I re watched the steam boss video and noticed the palm trees in the background so I figured they were either in FL or SoCal. Turns out they were 30 mins away in Tarpon Springs FL. Not wanting to do this project myself, I called steam boss and they were extremely prompt and helpful. They did what they say they were gonna do and communicated with me the entire time. Also a good value. I would 1,000,000% use this company again! I know I have more terrazzo floor hidden under the existing tiles.

Luckily the…read moreprevious owner maintained the home very well so our 25+ year old tile flooring wasn't in horrible condition but needed some love and a professional cleaning. Our tiles are a light cream color and the grout was dark in some spots and brown in others. We had Steve come in and provide an estimate which he did quickly, provided an estimate and offered to complete the job on the spot. We opted to schedule for a week later. He and his assistant, arrived on time and finished in less than an hour (the home was empty so no furniture needed to be moved etc.) While the service was fast and had a lot of flooring to cover, the quality was amazing. Turns out our tile grout is WHITE and our flooring looks amazing! He wasn't able to get a few of the stains from one of the bathroom floors but he gave us a few product recommendations to help bleach the grout. He also provided us a 10% discount. A month later, everything still looks brand new. We will definitely use them again!!

Their attention to detail was spot on and I highly recommend them for the quality workmanship. They came out and gave me a free quote, showed up on time and kept me informed about the weather. Work Day Arrived! They took the time to clean, power wash, and remove any tough stains like rust or oil I had from my grill. They clear away the old sand and strip the sealer before preparing to lay new sand. What I really Liked is they did not rush the job, they showed me a few trouble spots and then got to work to finish the job. In the end, the sand laid out great, the pavers shined in the sun with two coats of high gloss finish. Erick and Bryan finished up wearing spiked shoes as to not get the new pavers dirty, again GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAIL, then wiped down the bottom of the pool cage and did many other things that only true PROFESSIONALs know how to do. I would hire them again, it was worth the money.

Most recently they came out because the grout in my master shower is disappearing. The home inspector said it was most likely cheap or defective group. Great Britain was back at my house again this week to repair the grout that was cracking and disappearing, and I noticed after their repair work dried they caulked my shower floor rather than using grout. To reiterate, they applied caulk over the cracked grout and areas where the grout had disappeared and there was no grout. Now, my master shower floor that is less than 1 year old has two different colors of grout and a third color of caulking on the shower floor. Their quality and workmanship is substandard.
