I just want to share my personal experience with Sean Kearns and Irishman Pressure Washing. I've…read moreused his company multiple times over the years, and every single time, Sean and his crew have been nothing but professional, reliable, and thorough. The quality of their work is excellent, and Sean always goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done right. As for the complaint that he doesn't give quotes over the phone--I actually see that as a plus, not a problem. It shows that he takes his work seriously. You can't accurately assess a pressure washing job without seeing the property in person. I applaud Sean for taking the time to personally visit each site so he can provide honest, accurate quotes upfront and avoid surprising his clients with hidden costs later. He's earned his reputation through hard work and honesty.

DJ is absolutely amazing at what he does! He went over and above just pressure washing my patio. We…read morejust moved into a first floor apartment and we have a screened in patio. He noticed that the upstairs unit had quite a bit of disgusting matter, and he asked me for a broom. He took care of it all. He didn't need to do that, it was of his own accord, and didn't ask to be paid for that. He did a wonderful job with the Pressure Washing, and then also went above and beyond by drying a section of the patio that was off balance and had collected a puddle. He also pressure washed my daughter's window, and did an absolutely excellent job all the way around. I highly recommend DJ! He is very friendly, and a very, very hard worker. I asked for a handful of his business cards to pass them out for him, that's how good he is. I promise you won't be disappointed if you contract with DJ!

This is a response to your comment made on my original review. You stated that you "explained that…read moreadditional pressure could damage the deck and offered options for cleaning versus stripping." That's great, but you never explained that to me - probably because we don't have a deck. You also said, "When we checked with you before leaving, youmentioned everything looked great." No, I did not say this, because we were out of town. I only saw photos that you sent of the job. I expressed that I was concerned that I could still see large dark areas in the driveway, but it assured me that if was just because that some areas were still wet, and that's why it looked dark. I paid you regardless, because you didn't want to wait the 6 hours until we got home to see it. I'm not really sure why you would make up conversations we never had, but I also do still have the text messages if you want to push this any further. I dropped my rating to 2-stars, simply because you stated things that were not true.
