The quality of their work is excellent, and Sean always goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done right. As for the complaint that he doesn't give quotes over the phone--I actually see that as a plus, not a problem. It shows that he takes his work seriously. You can't accurately assess a pressure washing job without seeing the property in person. I applaud Sean for taking the time to personally visit each site so he can provide honest, accurate quotes upfront and avoid surprising his clients with hidden costs later. He's earned his reputation through hard work and honesty.

He didn't need to do that, it was of his own accord, and didn't ask to be paid for that. He did a wonderful job with the Pressure Washing, and then also went above and beyond by drying a section of the patio that was off balance and had collected a puddle. He also pressure washed my daughter's window, and did an absolutely excellent job all the way around. I highly recommend DJ! He is very friendly, and a very, very hard worker. No, I did not say this, because we were out of town. I only saw photos that you sent of the job. I expressed that I was concerned that I could still see large dark areas in the driveway, but it assured me that if was just because that some areas were still wet, and that's why it looked dark.
