The quality of their work is excellent, and Sean always goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done right. As for the complaint that he doesn't give quotes over the phone--I actually see that as a plus, not a problem. It shows that he takes his work seriously. You can't accurately assess a pressure washing job without seeing the property in person. I applaud Sean for taking the time to personally visit each site so he can provide honest, accurate quotes upfront and avoid surprising his clients with hidden costs later. He's earned his reputation through hard work and honesty.

He noticed that the upstairs unit had quite a bit of disgusting matter, and he asked me for a broom. He took care of it all. He didn't need to do that, it was of his own accord, and didn't ask to be paid for that. He did a wonderful job with the Pressure Washing, and then also went above and beyond by drying a section of the patio that was off balance and had collected a puddle. He also pressure washed my daughter's window, and did an absolutely excellent job all the way around. I highly recommend DJ! He is very friendly, and a very, very hard worker. I asked for a handful of his business cards to pass them out for him, that's how good he is. I promise you won't be disappointed if you contract with DJ!

Their attention to detail was spot on and I highly recommend them for the quality workmanship. They came out and gave me a free quote, showed up on time and kept me informed about the weather. Work Day Arrived! They took the time to clean, power wash, and remove any tough stains like rust or oil I had from my grill. They clear away the old sand and strip the sealer before preparing to lay new sand. What I really Liked is they did not rush the job, they showed me a few trouble spots and then got to work to finish the job. In the end, the sand laid out great, the pavers shined in the sun with two coats of high gloss finish. Erick and Bryan finished up wearing spiked shoes as to not get the new pavers dirty, again GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAIL, then wiped down the bottom of the pool cage and did many other things that only true PROFESSIONALs know how to do. No, I did not say this, because we were out of town. I only saw photos that you sent of the job. I expressed that I was concerned that I could still see large dark areas in the driveway, but it assured me that if was just because that some areas were still wet, and that's why it looked dark.
