He showed up early and got straight to work. When he was done he came to the door and said he was done and I asked with all of the windows and doors? I was assured all was done except for one because he couldn't get the screen out but again assured me he cleaned really good from the outside and in but not the actual screen. Needless to say I paid him without walking around and looking first to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. After he left I walked the house and noticed not only all the windows were left unlocked, the window sills were not wiped clean even though I paid for that service and one door inside and out was not touched, the window he said he couldn't get the screen out was not touched at all a master bathroom window was not touched at all and another bathroom window was done but looked awful! When I reached out to him shortly after he left, he said he would make it right which I thought he would be coming right back but he did not so I text him again and said if you want to make it right refund my money for 3 windows since I went out and finished them myself and I wouldn't leave a bad review. He turned it back on me saying he didn't want to come back because he was unsure if I wanted him back and he did not appreciate a threat of a bad review which I stated was not a threat it was a statement. He also said I should have walked the house like his other clients before he leaves the house which is right, I SHOULD have, but then again I took his word which clearly means nothing. This young man comes off very nice and professional at first but clearly does not like being told if things are not satisfactory. He told me he will leave this in God's hands (REALLY?)
