The front desk staff here seem overwhelmed and in need of a break, and unfortunately, it shows in the level of care and compassion provided.

Ernie wasnt there...a woman took down our info and I told her we were interested in car insurance, renters, and pet insurance for our 4 pets. Clearly understanding how much money we wanted to spend, she called him upon us hanging up and called us right back with a date he was free. My aunt ended up dying the night before our meeting so I pushed the date back 2 days. He was supposed to call us with a time to meet but never did. We called that morning, being very pressed for time being that our car insurance was expiring that same day. He didnt pick up, nor did he call us back. All of my research gone...all of the time I took trying to find the perfect insurance and perfect agent...gone. He called us back 2 days later claiming we were supposed to call him and he had such an attitude like it was our fault he lost the sale! What nerve!! She picked up the phone herself as the owner of the agency and gave me by far the cheapest and most comprehensive quote. It was the only office where I got to speak to the actual agent, not their representative, and it was quick and easy. Amie is also an OSU graduate who has been helping students in the area for over ten years. She also has an expansive list of what most landlords and rental offices require, which was super quick.
