The crazy part is she expected me to give her an answer right then and there. She should have explained fully about her condition but lacked knowledge and therefore began guessing. I will not proceed with the euthanasia process based on inconclusiveness. Other solutions should have been suggested first. I'm not comfortable with recommending them to anyone.

Dr. Bryce gave our girl a titanium hip, and at her three month follow-up she was cleared for supervised playtime with other dogs! The compassion, communication, expertise and honest opinions of doctors and staff here were greatly appreciated. f I could give zero stars I would. Dealing with Matic has been difficult and frustrating…read more The sales agent that we worked with, Andre, had no attention to detail and did not return calls. It seems he's only interested in writing a policy to get his quota or commission and doesn't care if he makes mistakes or even finalizes a policy. He made basic mistakes and instead of correcting them he placed the burden on us to get them fixed. On our homeowners policy he put the wrong name for the second owner. He said he could not fix that and we'd have to work with customer service to get it corrected. That took many phone calls and much back and forth paperwork. On our auto policy, he again made a mistake on the name and we had to work with the insurance company directly to get that fixed. On our umbrella policy (which, after a month, we have not been able to finalize) he told us the policy was in underwriting and he'd get back to us "tomorrow"; after that he said customer service was working with underwriting to get the policy finished. It turns out 1) we needed to provide more information that we were never asked for and 2) customer service was doing nothing. After speaking to customer service we were told the agent would have to finalize the policy....but, of course, the agent does not return phone calls. I did ask to work with another agent and customer service took my number and said they would call me when an agent was available to speak with me. When customer service called, they told me I could be place in the queue and it would be a 25 minute wait. But what happened to "we'll call you when an agent is available". I asked twice to speak with a manager and was assured that someone would call me -- in fact I was told my request would be expedited. After 3-4 days I have not heard from anyone. Dealing with this company was way more work that it should have been and I will never use them again. I advise anyone looking for insurance to avoid this company.

Ernie wasnt there...a woman took down our info and I told her we were interested in car insurance, renters, and pet insurance for our 4 pets. Clearly understanding how much money we wanted to spend, she called him upon us hanging up and called us right back with a date he was free. My aunt ended up dying the night before our meeting so I pushed the date back 2 days. He was supposed to call us with a time to meet but never did. We called that morning, being very pressed for time being that our car insurance was expiring that same day. He didnt pick up, nor did he call us back. All of my research gone...all of the time I took trying to find the perfect insurance and perfect agent...gone. He called us back 2 days later claiming we were supposed to call him and he had such an attitude like it was our fault he lost the sale! What nerve!! So Ernie, if you read this...you messed up big time!! You lost out on a ton of sales from us and pissed us off enough for me to write this review and tell my whole family. Nice going... I really dont know how you came with such high ratings when we practically had to beg you to meet with us so you could take our money. My mistake.
