I did have to make my appointment far in advance and I do have to drive an hour there but believe me it is so worth it. In my experience, they were quick to mark appointments as missed or "no show" even when there were scheduling issues on their side. Those missed visits were then billed to workers' comp and later used to label me as "noncompliant," which can jeopardize your case. It felt like the documentation sent to the insurance company did not fairly reflect what actually happened with my appointments. Instead of working with me to keep treatment on track, it felt like they used the system against me. I want to be clear: my complaint is about the way management and administration handle workers' comp cases, not the individual physical therapists themselves. But because of how my workers' comp claim was handled, I would not recommend this Worcester, MA location to anyone dealing with a work-related injury.

Today the service we use was running an hour late and because I go on the bus with her to get her on and off the bus, I was stuck there unable to get to my daughters school to pick her up on time unless something extraordinary happened. I was running requests on uber and lyft and no one was interested in my short ride home to get my car. I went in to tell the staff what I was going through and they all seemed like they were about to grab their keys or find some way to help me out however the manager Ewa appeared as if she were an angel and introduced herself. She was just getting done with her day and without hesitation said she would drive me to my house next to the main Harrington hospital in Southbridge so I could get my daughter and quickly return to Harrington Charlton to get my mom on the bus and home.
