My cousin signed up for tutoring services here and he loved the teachers and the director (Will) is extremely nice. Unfortunately, due to COVID, the center switched to online tutoring. My cousin knew virtual learning isn't the best way he learns and our family felt uncomfortable sending him back when the center opens due to the increase in COVID cases around this area. Therefore, sadly, we came to a decision to quit tutoring services and we asked for a refund. The president told us that we can't get a refund because of the discount we received when we first registered. This made no sense to us because they gave the discount for their grand opening and the center also gives additional discounts to "good, motivated" students which my cousin was qualified for. The president kept having us refer back to their return policy stating that the discount exceeded the amount we were originally supposed to pay for, HOWEVER, their refund policy doesn't state that they will be calculating the refund based on our discounted price. She basically kept insisting that if customers receive discounts, they don't get a refund which is extremely unfair for the customers. In other words, they steal their customers money. It doesn't end there, the president is also extremely rude and unprofessional. I'm uploading part of our conversation to show you how disrespectful she is. Take a look! The format and the books are really helpful too. Three to one ratio is really good to keep the kids completely focused and to utilize the class time fully. Everything is good except for the fees. It's is definitely on the higher side as we need to purchase the hours before beginning and the rates are better only if we buy a whole lot of hours which skyrockets our costs. Our needs are different and might need a variety of options with time and money to make it more affordable to consider joining. I would have given a 5 star if they are more flexible with the cost and hours.

This is going to be long, but a must read!!…read more If you've been struggling with the LSAT let me be the first to say it has NOTHING to do with your intelligence!!! Read that again. It doesn't matter how many times you've took the LSAT or who got into law school before you. Your time is coming. I've took the LSAT MULTIPLE times and have a history of underperformance on standardized tests. I never understood why until I found Shana. I never thought for a second that I possibly could be suffering from test anxiety. Test anxiety takes on many forms, but Shana will help you through it. I've been working Shana for the past two weeks remotely and let me tell you she's truly God sent. Whether you're religious or spiritual (maybe neither) it doesn't matter, but she's truly a blessing. Shana is passsionate about the work that she does and her students. Shana is a teacher at heart and she breaks down the material in such a way that things start to click instantly. Shana not only helps you master the LSAT, but she provides you with test anxiety strategies that will make studying easy. I look forward to studying with Shana and doing my hw. When you work with her, she will start to peel away at the layers of your anxiety. This needs to be done in order to make progress. Most of the instructors have never been teachers before and only started after scoring in the 99th percentile on the LSAT. Now that isn't a bad thing, of course you want to be in a class with an instructor who aced the exam( in my opinion). However, just because you're good at something doesn't mean you're qualified to teach it. Also, if you suffer from anxiety, adhd, and other learning disabilities they might not be able to provide you with the support/accommodations that you need. Shana is and her work speaks for herself.
