I hope nationwide will help me out with my situation im under and hope they will understand what…read moreI'm going threw i basically got cadillac and I fixed the problems it had with the radio and the engine light and put new parts on it every pay check and made my payments so far and kept my insurance up-to-date and now the car im paying on im having to sell everything I own and basically live on the street now and having to have my family split apart and probly won't get to have a Christmas with my family because after a mouth of driving this car and put money into to keep it running but now I'm having to pay 15000 for a mechanic to pull the motor out of it and find another motor to put into it just have it happen again when I could use all the money I have to spend on another car or buy another car from nationwide this sucks I don't know what to do and having to walk 1hr half to work just sucks now I wish nationwide will help me out with my situation if not then im having to pay for a car I can't drive anymore and pay insurance on it bc I don't wanna default on the car or have it repod I thought I was trying fix my life but now I'm having to start back to having nothing again

I purchased a 2017 Jeep Compass from this dealership and shortly after purchase began experiencing…read moreserious mechanical issues, including transmission slipping and major steering/suspension concerns. I gave the dealership multiple opportunities to repair the vehicle, but the problems continued and the vehicle has now become unsafe to operate. I obtained independent inspections documenting the condition of the vehicle and attempted to resolve the matter directly through formal written communication, including a certified demand letter that was delivered and signed for. Unfortunately, I have not received a meaningful resolution. I would strongly encourage anyone purchasing a used vehicle to have it independently inspected before buying.

Hands down the worst dealership experience I've ever had. My 2025 Chevy Traverse had a brake…read morefailure issue while coming back from Cedar Point. After waiting nearly a week for "repairs," I drove 4 hours to pick it up, only to find the same issue the moment I started the car. Gavin in service was rude, dismissive, and even rolled his eyes, saying I was "lucky" they let me drop it off. The cashier was equally unprofessional, handing me keys and telling me my car was "somewhere in the lot." The service manager, Phil Tipton, promised to personally look into things but gave me empty reassurances. He even claimed they had test-driven my car 20 miles after repairs, but the odometer only showed 1 mile. On both visits, no one pulled the car up, no one offered help with the loaner, and the whole process was a mess. The only person who showed real customer service was Amy Kovacs--she was great. Unfortunately, everyone else was rude, dismissive, and dishonest. Even the loaner they gave me was unsafe (loud rattles, bad ball joints, and low tire pressure). I'm not upset about the vehicle issue itself--that happens. I'm upset about the horrendous customer service, especially from Gavin, the cashier, and Phil's broken promises. Avoid this place if you value honesty and professionalism. I will also be contacting GM on Monday about this experience.

Not even 60 days out this happened and paint started chipping. They REFUSED to service it at their cost. The lady was a real bitch. Beyond unprofessional. Obviously they have no idea how to properly paint a vehicle. Paint shouldn't be chipping. If this is how they do body work, can you imagine if they did mechanical work? The vehicle would break down. Avoid these thieves. I now have names of the employees who did the work and the bitch lady. Will post names as soon as I have their personal info to post with them.
