I come here very often for the boba and milk teas/frapps. i've seen the comments saying how they don't have the Japanese waffle cones and giving them one star. I asked the employees to confirm and they said they stopped selling them and don't carry them at this time. On the other hand i have never tried their ice cream but a friend of mine has and tells me it is amazing. For me it is a 100% recommendation and every time i come here (i live a little ways away but come to visit family) i have an amazing experience and definitely recommend the taro frapp with boba or the matcha milk latte. So bummed. They won't take reusable containers so you have to waste with plastic (I know a lot of people don't care about this, but I do) and they also use Grade A matcha which is not what it sounds... Grade A would never be used in traditional matcha. It's only used in cooking because the quality is poor. When you get your matcha here it's a dirty dark green-brown color. It should be bright green always! Upon actually trying it: this matcha literally tastes like seaweed. Sorry, but if you're going to call your business "matcha" please use quality matcha. read more

I would say this is the worst milk tea I've ever had, but it's not even milk tea, it might as well be candy water. There was a strand of the worker's hair on the cup. Its also so sugary. I've had actual milk tea before and they let you choose sugar level, but even the max is ten times less than this. If you want authentic milk tea, this is not it. read more

It was a little too quiet inside, but very nicely designed. The people working there are sweet! I got the matcha milk tea and my sister got the honey green tea. We expected it to be like most milk teas: creamy. It was quite watery as you can tell by the pic. It was a little too sweet as well. We also got the swirled taiyaki; the fish cone and custard were good but the ice cream is too icy; it would be nice if it was creamier too. Finally tried this place after hearing about it ever since it opened. We were skeptical about it at first because good boba is hard to come by down here, but we were pleasantly surprised. My wife got the Thai tea and said it was one of the best she's had (and that's the only drink she gets with boba). I got the jasmine tea and it was just as good. What a fantastic place to eat! It's combined with a poke place, so you can have dinner AND dessert, which is probably my favorite part. I came in today around 1:00 for lunch with my kids and the young lady at the counter was SO sweet to them..she gave great recommendations on which drinks to get and I got the Matcha Latte.. it was the best matcha drink I've had!! Got the taro milk tea and was good. Marking it down because the service wasn't really friendly. I know it's their job to make the teas, but maybe a little "have a nice day" or a "welcome" when coming in the store. All they did was take my order and when my tea was done they just set it on a weird table without calling it out. I was the only one there, but they could've at least said "heres your taro milk tea with boba." If they were more welcoming I could see this place being a great hangout spot for teas, since it's combined with a poké place. read more

This place is very refreshing. The employees welcome you, give advise, and have smalls on their faces. The inside is amazing. It is very up to date and clean. The people making the drinks were a little new but people were very positive and working with them. The poke is fresh. I was glad someone asked if it was and the guy behind the counter said yes. I knew anyways because I was halfway through my bowl. It is good to know that these are wild caught except the salmon. This is a plus in my book. It would be nice to see it cut straight off the fish. I would pay more to see that then coming out if a container. I'm not saying show the fish head and guts but a nice fillet then chopped up would be nice. Portions are great. I had a small with rice and it filled me up. I wasn't stuffed but I was comfortable. I did not try the tea boba ice cream but will next time. I've been to other ones and they do have a steak option. This would be nice because my wife does not eat fish and I would be eating alone. I will be back soon read more

I was SO excited to try this place as I am obsessed with matcha. I bought a Matcha latte & I was saddened to see & taste at how bad the quality of matcha that was used. super amazing flavor! i normally go to boba places out i irvine, but we decided to give this place a try since it is 5minutes from home. totally worth checking out! the prices are the same as other boba tea places (this size was $4, 50c extra for boba). i love how cold the tea is, with lots of boba & little ice, making the experience so awesome! im super happy we have this place nearby. definitely try it out!! read more

I've been here twice. Both variant experiences, maybe based on time of day. Our lunch experience was great. Food was very tasty. I would really love for them to add a shredded cabbage base though. We went back a second time for dessert, about 7:45pm - so 1.25 hrs before close - to get one of those delish fish shaped soft serve ice cream cones. They said they needed to make the cones and it would be 5 minutes. Fast forward 25 min later we had our cones. Really wasn't awesome to have to wait that long, and had us very late taking our Daughters friend home. Now to be fair, they did offer to just give us the ice cream in a bowl versus wait for the cone after it had been 15 min - but there wouldn't have been a credit back for the missing cone, and frankly - the cone is what makes this dessert fantastic... so we passed on that offer and waited for the cone. Bright side - the treat is exceptional. I highly recommend the Nutella filling. YUM. read more
