Thomas at Wu Construction was wonderful to work with. I was the buyer's agent on a transaction…read morewhere he had completed post repairs under the house for the seller. After closing, we asked him to take a look at a couple of posts that were touching the soil. Even though this was not part of the original scope of work, he went ahead and replaced those, along with a few others they found needed attention. That kind of good faith and professionalism was truly appreciated. Thank you, Thomas. Your integrity and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed. I would definitely reach out to them in the future.

Thomas and the team at Wu Construction helped me with some crawl space drainage and downspout work…read moreon my home. They installed a sump pump, replaced and installed a new vapor barrier, replaced heat duct insulation, installed a new access door and hatch for our crawl space, and also extended/improved the run-off path for two of our downspouts. Coordinating this work with Thomas was a breeze. He was incredibly responsive, fair with his pricing, and extremely customer-oriented. I felt in the know about everything leading up to project days. The crew who completed this work was also outstanding. They arrived on time, worked hard, and walked me through everything they did (with pictures of the crawl space items). They were also very respectful and courteous. I'd highly, highly recommend Wu Construction for any drainage-related projects. If you have an experience like the one I did, you won't be disappointed but absolutely delighted!

I want to first state that the work done at our house was excellent and timely and the field…read moreworkers were professional and kind. The issue and concern we have with Foundation Restoration is a lack of transparency. We had 32 posts replaced under our house and were given a "lump sum" estimate that we signed and agreed to. It was communicated to us that the work would take place from 10/31-11/2 (roughly 3 days). The job wrapped up yesterday and in total it only took them one full day and 3/4 of another. We received our invoice this morning which literally just had a one-sentence description of the work followed by the remaining balance. I appreciated their promptness in getting us an email and requested that we see an itemized breakdown of how our $8k+ job was delineated. All I was looking for was to see how much of the $8K+ was going to labor and how much was going to materials. After three different exchanges, they are still refusing to give any information. Our house was flooded last year and over the course of 8 months repairing our home, we have worked with numerous companies. EVERY company we have worked with has at minimum given us a breakdown of labor and material costs. I'm frustrated because I genuinely believe the cost for our project was estimated significantly higher than the actual cost and Foundation Restoration is unwilling to specify their labor/material costs so they can hide behind a "lump sum" estimate. For these reasons, I would NOT recommend Foundation Restoration.

We had Integrity Stonework install a new quartz countertop in our kitchen and are extremely happy…read morewith it. They were a pleasure working with from selecting the stone in the office, measuring our kitchen, to installing. We had a sort of non-standard window shelf that we weren't sure how it would turn out, but they gave us a few options (with drawings, measurements, and schematics so we could see in detail) for the raised bay window. Installation was quick and easy. We're very happy we went with Integrity.

Overall, I'm really happy with my quartz countertops from Integrity Stonework. The quartz looks…read moregreat, it was cut well to the shape of my kitchen, and the seam between 2 countertop pieces is practically invisible. The process from enquiring to ordering was very straightforward and easy to engage with. I was able to go and view the quartz prior to them cutting it to shape. The only road bump we hit was with installation. For the most part it was a good installation job, but it turned out that one of my cabinets was a bit higher than the others, which wasn't visible with the old counters. The installation team pointed out to me that they had to put an additional piece of wood under the counter in that location, but they didn't point out that it then made that counter higher than the others, and I didn't see that when they showed me. I only noticed the height difference after the installers left. My feedback is that I would have liked the installers to have been more explicit about this height difference before they glued the quartz down. I was relying on Integrity Stonework to be the experts for this installation, so trusted that they would point items like this out. After the installation, I had to pay an additional company to come in and remove the countertop to adjust the cabinet before gluing the quartz down again as Integrity Stonework did not offer to come and fix it, despite my request to them to make good on this. To be fair, the installation team did point out a different issue with countertop leveling in a different part of the kitchen prior to gluing items down. I think the height differential was just an unfortunate hiccup as part of this journey, so be thorough and ask to check the countertops prior to anything being glued down!
