When I followed up why my vehicle hadn't been started he told me all vehicles needing service are checked in in the morning and then rack and stacked on priority. So I asked if I really needed an appointment and if I could have dropped off anytime during the week and was told, yes. Long story to say, appointments don't have ANY value.
