Chris is very motivation and will help push you. That being said, take your water breaks! And for the athletic types, you'll still be plenty challenged! Big box gyms don't give you this kind of attention and many boutique gyms don't offer the flexibility on classes. Even after all these years I still leave every session soaked from head to toe. I began training there weighing about 215 and in a matter of 6 months I was down to 185 (that's 30 LBs!).
