I filed a claim to the BBB and WB still refused to do anything about it and never bothered to even contact me to attempt to make it right. A tell tale sign of maliciousness on their part from the beginning. As retaliation for my BBB claim, I had a temp tag that was good for 45 days and they waited 61 days before I received my Title in the mail. They never even signed it over to me in the state of OH until 01 day after my tag went dead. They are as shady as a used car dealer can be.

Was lied to about the price. Had the salesperson went over the document completely, I would have probably realized the price was over $12k more than he verbalized. Silly me didn't read the entire document since it was being explained to verbally, or so I thought. When I spoke to the finance person in person, he only cared about how the car was doing for me. Completely disregarding my issues and emotional distress. The sales manager listened. Explained that he would get to the bottom of things and call me the next day. Still haven't heard from him. While there I found out that an employee had been fired from the dealership for selling cars meant for auction. They said we could trade the one in that we have, get the new car, in and out, things stay the same. After waiting for 5 hours one of the guys offers us a deal that's more than twice what we're paying now. I told him that wasn't in the budget at which point he begins to try to pressure me by saying how the newer car won't have any problems and the one we bought is already having issues. They did say there is financing available to fix the thousands of dollars of repairs that are needed. First and last car purchased at this place.
