Just wanted to share my experience. I seriously hope this is not the normal quality they provide…read morewith their services. On July 3rd I took my vehicle in for an oil change, and to have my tires balanced and rotated. When checked in I was told, and after arrival I would like to point out that the balancing machine they had was "still" broken. They assured me They would have it done by someone close by. I said ok, and waited in the waiting area, which was admittedly quite full. This was at 1 30 pm. Being there until 4 30 pm was not at all what I expected for this service appointment time frame. I was in fact slotted for an hour increment appointment. I watched everyone there before me leave and all but one who got there after me as well. I even saw a nice couple recieve their oil change on the house due to the length of wait for them, note they arrived after me also. I'm not upset with that, I applaud it actually. But when it was time for me to go, I rushed because I needed to be placed before 5 pm. I drove 20 plus miles to get to the dealership, and then back after 2 errands within 3 miles of it. I get home, and my husband is outside, as soon as I pull in he starts looking at me weird. He walks over to the truck, and starts pointing out oil, all over the hood, running down the fenders, on the lights, bumper, ground, dropping off the front end. Astounded I open the hood, and there we find the entire bottom side of the hood soaked and the plastic part below the windshield also. He calls the dealership, very upset, and spoke to "Sam" because the mechanics were gone. I would like to point out here that my husband had lost his temper and was rude to Sam, but later apologized. He was told, I overheard everthing, that I could return the 5th after the holiday, to expect a rental for errands, a top off on my fuel for my waste of fuel, a check to see where the oil was coming from, and a full service detail and exterior wash. I did return, I did not wait 4 hours this time, but when I returned to my vehicle, after refusing the rental, because I just wanted it over with, I was taken to the truck where a man told me there were no issues with the oil, it was the person who changed it. They admitted that the oil gun trigger was accidentally squeezed on and went everywhere, and for what it's worth personally apologized. Then he said it was washed except for the bugs that needed to "soak off". I get in, a bit upset because the running boards are still dirty, not even sprayed. I see a puddle in my weathertech floorboard, and the guy says we didn't detail it because there were things inside the vehicle, 3 trashbags of clothes for goodwill, and I could bring it back ANOTHER day of I wanted to for that. I leave. Noticing the tank was not topped off as promised to. I didn't want to be petty, and I realize accidents happen and bad days exist, so I go on. After all the interior was not dirty, only dusty, and they assured me it was cleaned and pressure washed under the hood. Days later I pressed my windshield sprayer after hitting a bug, only one worked, and barely sprayed. So I assumed I was low on that fluid. After purchasing a jug to fill it, I open my hood to find that the hose is detached from the sprayer. I attach it. Back, best I can but something isn't right, and to my surprise I do not need fluid. Late yesterday my husband trys the sprayer and it does the same thing. I say, I guess I didn't get it on right, it was detached after going back to the Ford house and I put in back on, and did not need fluid in the reservoir after all. After closer and undoubtedly a more knowledgeable eyes inspection my husband found the hose end to be broken off in the sprayer, and a zip tie under my hood that was not there before this service, or repair of service. So now, I wasted 4 hours of my life at a dealership for services that could have been done elsewhere and faster I'm sure, only to get an oil covered vehicle, and a return visit, to which the promises made were not fulfilled, and now I have a broken windshield sprayer part. My disgust is deeply rooted, and I will never return here, I would advise you check the services with the person there who walks you out. I truly hope this is not everyday business for the Marietta Ford Dealership.

Would give 0 if I could. As a Ford dealer, they should know…read morewhat their cost for most service jobs should be such as Transmission Flash and fill. But they either don't know or rob customers. Called and also asked in person about a Transmission flush on my 2011 Ford F150. Was told both times it would be right around $240 to $245 plus tax. So I had them do the service. Total cost.....$300.00. That is quite a ways off form their quote. I will never deal with them again. Not for Service or to buy a car. If it is one of Pioneer's dealerships, I WILL TRAVEL A thousand miles to go elsewhere.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR LOT.. on Tuesday dec 10th I drove 2 hours to parkersburg and bought the Nissan murano on Charlie's lot.. drove 2 hours home and something was bad wrong with this car. Next morning called and ofcourse the salesman ian tried to say nothing they could do and said can't return it and referred me to warranty. Took the murano to harry green nissan for a 7 point inspection and the transmission and almost everything under it was bad.. almost 11k worth of work for a 15k suv.. of course I took it straight back and demanded a refund of my deposit. Anyone buying here better watch what shady stuff they have going on with Rt 95 auto repair for them inspection stickers because no way would it have passed.. shady people shady attitude and out for your money.. could u imagine me calling the warranty the next day for that much repair on a car less than 24 hours after it sold.. BUYER BEWARE AND BE SAFE.. ALWAYS PAY THE EXTRA TO HAVE IT INSPECTED.. Less than 200 bucks for your own piece of mind.. I wouldn't recommend dealing with these people at all.. this whole ordeal costed us lots of money and time and a wasted hit on our credit.. I will work as hard as I can to never see them do this to any other vulnerable people.. I have plenty of documentation to prove what I say. BEWARE!!! If I helped one person from a wreck over safety than this post worked. What come back do u have for this review charlie??? Ian was so scared he wouldn't even look at us when we took car back.. liars.. straight faced liars!!!!!! Owner charlie also had the nerve to ask me for these documents and I told him if he wanted to pay me the $177.39 I paid for the inspection he could have them.. he declined of course... LIARS.. DIRTY doing people this way.. shouldn't be able to sleep at night.. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! 3 days window to return!!!! Don't sign anything until u get inspection.. I would have never imagined a 2015 nissan murano with 80k miles would have been like that especially it drove so nice until it didnt after 2 hour drive home

The van did OK on a short test drive. When I came back I was told them I was not sure and started to try to not follow through with the purchase. The salesman Woody was very good and very persuasive at convincing me I didn't know anything about cars and offered me an additional $500 on my trade. I ended up buying the van, left to go home and not even 2 miles from KMA Auto the check engine light came on. The van started lunging and merging. I did make it home and immediately called the dealership. They were closed, so I sent an email to Woody asking him to contact me, he never did. I called the next day and offered $500 to cancel the transaction, they refused. They did offer me to bring it to them and the would check the code, showed it was the catalytic converter. They said that they would allow me to fix it and only charge me their cost, which they estimated $700. When I asked for a written estimate it went up to $1000. When I traded my van I didn't have the middle row of seats installed, but I do have them, along with the remote controls to the different electronics in the van. They want these things at no additional costs to them...I will be happy to provide them with these items, in return for them fixing my van at their expense. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP, they are crooked, deceitful and are more than willing to suck every dollar out of your pocket.
