I reached out for additional info and Rob promptly got in touch with me to answer my questions and invite me over to take a look. No hard sales gimmicks, honest from the beginning. We visited last Tuesday, Rob was out but enjoyed meeting Frank and learning a little about how they operate. Clearly a down to earth family run business eager to treat you fair with quality inventory at good value. Returned the following Saturday to purchase the SUV and enjoyed meeting Rob in person and the owner Bill. Fast, professional transaction, fair price on a quality vehicle. I would drive 2 hours again anytime I'm in the market for another vehicle, the whole experience was first class. Please check them out for your next vehicle, you wont be disappointed, great bunch of guys. They truly made the buying experience enjoyable, something that is hard to find. God Bless.

Just wanted to share my experience. I seriously hope this is not the normal quality they provide…read morewith their services. On July 3rd I took my vehicle in for an oil change, and to have my tires balanced and rotated. When checked in I was told, and after arrival I would like to point out that the balancing machine they had was "still" broken. They assured me They would have it done by someone close by. I said ok, and waited in the waiting area, which was admittedly quite full. This was at 1 30 pm. Being there until 4 30 pm was not at all what I expected for this service appointment time frame. I was in fact slotted for an hour increment appointment. I watched everyone there before me leave and all but one who got there after me as well. I even saw a nice couple recieve their oil change on the house due to the length of wait for them, note they arrived after me also. I'm not upset with that, I applaud it actually. But when it was time for me to go, I rushed because I needed to be placed before 5 pm. I drove 20 plus miles to get to the dealership, and then back after 2 errands within 3 miles of it. I get home, and my husband is outside, as soon as I pull in he starts looking at me weird. He walks over to the truck, and starts pointing out oil, all over the hood, running down the fenders, on the lights, bumper, ground, dropping off the front end. Astounded I open the hood, and there we find the entire bottom side of the hood soaked and the plastic part below the windshield also. He calls the dealership, very upset, and spoke to "Sam" because the mechanics were gone. I would like to point out here that my husband had lost his temper and was rude to Sam, but later apologized. He was told, I overheard everthing, that I could return the 5th after the holiday, to expect a rental for errands, a top off on my fuel for my waste of fuel, a check to see where the oil was coming from, and a full service detail and exterior wash. I did return, I did not wait 4 hours this time, but when I returned to my vehicle, after refusing the rental, because I just wanted it over with, I was taken to the truck where a man told me there were no issues with the oil, it was the person who changed it. They admitted that the oil gun trigger was accidentally squeezed on and went everywhere, and for what it's worth personally apologized. Then he said it was washed except for the bugs that needed to "soak off". I get in, a bit upset because the running boards are still dirty, not even sprayed. I see a puddle in my weathertech floorboard, and the guy says we didn't detail it because there were things inside the vehicle, 3 trashbags of clothes for goodwill, and I could bring it back ANOTHER day of I wanted to for that. I leave. Noticing the tank was not topped off as promised to. I didn't want to be petty, and I realize accidents happen and bad days exist, so I go on. After all the interior was not dirty, only dusty, and they assured me it was cleaned and pressure washed under the hood. Days later I pressed my windshield sprayer after hitting a bug, only one worked, and barely sprayed. So I assumed I was low on that fluid. After purchasing a jug to fill it, I open my hood to find that the hose is detached from the sprayer. I attach it. Back, best I can but something isn't right, and to my surprise I do not need fluid. Late yesterday my husband trys the sprayer and it does the same thing. I say, I guess I didn't get it on right, it was detached after going back to the Ford house and I put in back on, and did not need fluid in the reservoir after all. After closer and undoubtedly a more knowledgeable eyes inspection my husband found the hose end to be broken off in the sprayer, and a zip tie under my hood that was not there before this service, or repair of service. So now, I wasted 4 hours of my life at a dealership for services that could have been done elsewhere and faster I'm sure, only to get an oil covered vehicle, and a return visit, to which the promises made were not fulfilled, and now I have a broken windshield sprayer part. My disgust is deeply rooted, and I will never return here, I would advise you check the services with the person there who walks you out. I truly hope this is not everyday business for the Marietta Ford Dealership.

But they either don't know or rob customers. Called and also asked in person about a Transmission flush on my 2011 Ford F150. Was told both times it would be right around $240 to $245 plus tax. So I had them do the service. Total cost.....$300.00. That is quite a ways off form their quote. I will never deal with them again. Not for Service or to buy a car. If it is one of Pioneer's dealerships, I WILL TRAVEL A thousand miles to go elsewhere.

While there I found out that an employee had been fired from the dealership for selling cars meant for auction. After waiting for 5 hours one of the guys offers us a deal that's more than twice what we're paying now. I told him that wasn't in the budget at which point he begins to try to pressure me by saying how the newer car won't have any problems and the one we bought is already having issues. They did say there is financing available to fix the thousands of dollars of repairs that are needed. First and last car purchased at this place.
