I filed a claim to the BBB and WB still refused to do anything about it and never bothered to even contact me to attempt to make it right. A tell tale sign of maliciousness on their part from the beginning. As retaliation for my BBB claim, I had a temp tag that was good for 45 days and they waited 61 days before I received my Title in the mail. They never even signed it over to me in the state of OH until 01 day after my tag went dead. They are as shady as a used car dealer can be.

My new garage would not fit the truck so I saw a beautiful 4 Runner on the Victory site. I had a very aggressive price from over 6 hours away downstate. I did not want to drive that far but these new models are in high demand and some local places were months out. I spoke to Andrew via phone and explained my predicament and I was forthright with the exact numbers I had on the other deal. He could not have been more accommodating and had my deal locked down in about an hour. No games, no back and forth, just an honest deal. I immediately placed a deposit over the phone and thought wait till I get down there and find a different price. We drove 4 hours to the dealership and was met by Chad who was helping with the delivery as Andrew had other commitments. He was just as easy going and wonderful to deal with. I explained my tight time frame and they had me in the business office in no time. The business manager knew I didn't need a whole presentation of upsells and did the paperwork in no time. I will review their products and decide later if any will suit the new vehicle. Overall I have to say this was the absolute best buying experience at a Toyota dealer I have EVER had. They all were so easy going and I didn't feel like I had to secure my checkbook except for the agreed upon numbers done the day before. This is how car buying should be and Andrew/Chad and the business office were outstanding. I will certainly drive the 4 hours in the future to purchase my Toyota vehicles. It started when we were told the new vehicle we wanted to buy was in stock so we showed up to purchase, it was not in stock. We knew what we wanted and tried to complete paperwork and the salesman constantly tried to upsell items after we continually said no. They then told us they could get it in a few days, then it was a few weeks. Then we had to jump through hoops to get the financing completed without actually having possession of the car. Next up we had to deal with all the title issues because we are from a neighboring state. We have had to go up there repeatedly to sign documents and get temp plates since their incompetence held up the title. No sorry, not even once. I hope Toyota looks into this pathetic franchise.
