Total cost.....$300.00. That is quite a ways off form their quote. I will never deal with them again. Not for Service or to buy a car. I did not want to drive that far but these new models are in high demand and some local places were months out. I spoke to Andrew via phone and explained my predicament and I was forthright with the exact numbers I had on the other deal. He could not have been more accommodating and had my deal locked down in about an hour. No games, no back and forth, just an honest deal. I immediately placed a deposit over the phone and thought wait till I get down there and find a different price. We drove 4 hours to the dealership and was met by Chad who was helping with the delivery as Andrew had other commitments. He was just as easy going and wonderful to deal with. I explained my tight time frame and they had me in the business office in no time. The business manager knew I didn't need a whole presentation of upsells and did the paperwork in no time. I will review their products and decide later if any will suit the new vehicle. Overall I have to say this was the absolute best buying experience at a Toyota dealer I have EVER had. They all were so easy going and I didn't feel like I had to secure my checkbook except for the agreed upon numbers done the day before. This is how car buying should be and Andrew/Chad and the business office were outstanding. I will certainly drive the 4 hours in the future to purchase my Toyota vehicles. It started when we were told the new vehicle we wanted to buy was in stock so we showed up to purchase, it was not in stock. We knew what we wanted and tried to complete paperwork and the salesman constantly tried to upsell items after we continually said no. They then told us they could get it in a few days, then it was a few weeks. Then we had to jump through hoops to get the financing completed without actually having possession of the car. Next up we had to deal with all the title issues because we are from a neighboring state. We have had to go up there repeatedly to sign documents and get temp plates since their incompetence held up the title. No sorry, not even once. I hope Toyota looks into this pathetic franchise.

I would like to start out by saying the customer service of the workers here was absolutely atrocious! My husband bought a $90,000 truck brand new 2026 2500, and we got this in October of 2025 it has been in the shop since January 2025 we got told it was good to go yesterday the 5th of March and all it needed was 2 batteries... that was false after I was Told it was good to go I asked what about the other things wrong i.e. The valve body ect. They said nope it's good to go. my husband couldn't even make it home. So we loaded it up had to pay a tow fee to get it there this morning and no one wanted to help. They were rude disrespectful told my husband he was threating them. The only threat that happened was we can call a lawyer and go from there. I was told they would call CPS on me because I cussed in front of my children, my husband was called a liberal. honestly the staff were horrible called the cops on us. He called us after and agreed with my husband saying that he wasn't in the wrong and that he actually handled it very well and he would have been pissed too! I hope no one has to work with Chris Boord or his wife. The experience not only left a horrible taste in my mouth about the way a buisness treats hard working paying customers but also to threaten CPS is just something on a whole other level. Please take your business elsewhere or get these workers fired so the business can actually grow and help people.
