Within the first week I noticed what looked like the belts were busted? I took the truck back in and they told me that was how they were made? So they slapped a tire weight on it and called it a day.. after a few months it continued to get worse, so, again I took it back in and they told me the tires were cupped, and that I needed new tires.. They told me they had them in stock but made it perfectly clear I wasn't getting them without paying.. They did offer me a discount on a new set but in my mind that's not how warranties work... They lined up the vehicle, they mounted and balanced the tires, they literally did everything. it's not like it was at different shops? It's a shame because I've been going there for years and that had to come to an end because they want to save a few bucks?

It was sputtering and jumping and shutting off on me , they seemed to care about the issue. Well the owner decided he was gonna fix the problem free of charge since he doesn't like to be known for bad business , they told me they replaced my cam shaft and didn't see a single issues with it. So after another month of bullshit with this car I took it to another shop , who told me they believed I had a bad timing chain , whatever no big deal . Well to my surprise and the shops surprise the car shaft was the problem they had put a " new " one on and forced it on , and shoved bolts and etc onto it to make it stay because it was the wrong one and honestly they just didn't know what they were doing. So they caused more damage then good , no I'm paying for a almost 2000 fix when it could of been allot less . I called and asked to speak to the owner to ask him if he knows about the work being done and guess what I haven't received a single phone call back for weeks on anything but he can send his guy to my house un announced for me to sign a paper they didn't have me sign and when I wasn't there he showed up at my work . Completely disappointed in this place as it is where I told friends and family to go well not anymore. And don't worry I will be contacting a lawyer .

The new GM doesn't have any idea what he's doing. Very sad. I've been going here for many many years, it's always had its ups and downs, but it's been awful for a while now. I doubt anything will be done to fix this as it seems like these store have gone to waste after the 7/11 merger. Terrible.
