It is unfortunate how far this place has fallen since they first opened. We were seated at 4:45, it is 6:45 and one entree is still not out. My father asked it to be sent out "to-go" so that we can leave. One entree was mis-ordered. Two plates came out cold. They tried to tell us that we could not order lobster tail entree clearly listed on menu (see pic), but that we could order it with the filet. It was only after I explained that is called "bait & switch" did they agree to sell it as on the menu. I really hope that they can turn it back around. read more

We ordered an expresso martini and some red wine, The expresso martini was delicious, although it was a little sweet. They shred chocolate on top, you can also ask to remove it. Food was also tasty! We ordered a salad for an appetizer, dressing was great and and was very good. We also ordered shrimp alfredo and a summer salad. The shrimp alfredo was nice! It was very rich and creamy, and very fresh. The summer salad was good and had fresh peaches mixed with the salad. Service was excellent! Our server was very friendly and nice! She was very helpful and gave great recommendations on food. She was also very fast to deliver our food, and we had no problem waiting for service. Ambiance was very great! It had a nice sign saying Masters, and cool table designs, and a neat bar. They also had a view of the kitchen and the chef's cooking. We went right when it opened for Sunday brunch and there was no wait! We ordered the carnitas chilaquiles which was arguably the best thing on the menu. The portion sizes are very large so come hungry! The veggie omelette was also very standard. I highly recommend getting their green sauce to add to the omelette for extra flavor Potatoes were perfectly crispy. Also, a whole bottle of sparkling wine and juices are $15! Love coming here for happy hour on Wednesdays because it is all day. Half off wine bottles so we've been able to try a range of them. The truffle fries are a must have! The Brussels are yummy. The bar is to the left with several tvs showing football games, to the right a few tables offer views of the tvs and then further back booths and tables. We sat in a booth near the back. Came here for brunch with some girlfriends. The atmosphere was great! Very indoor/outdoor with plenty of televisions for game day. It was rather empty for a Sunday (we went at 12:30) so it's a great last minute option. We had numerous items including the masters breakfast, the chilaquiles, and the cheese board as well as some cocktails. All of the drinks were absolutely phenomenal. Very tasty and refreshing! The food was solid. With that said, the service was oddly lacking given the amount of people in there which was a bit odd. Besides that was a good experience. Carnitas chilaquiles is one of the greatest brunch items ever created. This dish was so good! If/when i go back it will be hard not to order that dish again. It was so delicious that I want to try it again soon... but i also want to explore more of the menu knowing that the chefs are capable of creating such a mind-blowing dish that is the carnitas chilaquiles. I honestly would not care if my service here was terrible (service was pretty good) i would keep coming back for this one dish and i would pay whatever price they slapped on the menu. And the wonton chips were just weird tasting and had a weird texture. Bad, ick. After tasting these, there was no reason to spend anymore time or money hoping things would improve. And, no, I don't plan or returning to give them a 2nd shot. At these prices, you should get it more correct the first time around. This place presents itself as upscale but is far from it. First off the service was top notch! I took my family here for Mother's Day. We arrived early to our reservation but they seated us early anyway. The first course stuffed beets and cinnamon French toast were amazing! We ordered one entree per person and while we waited my grandmother started choking. I jumped in and did the Heimlich and while I was doing it the entire staff was quickly table side. All was well. They even checked on her afterwards and were super sweet and understanding. Nice location with a breezy, covered front patio. We didn't have any trouble getting a table for Sunday brunch. I got the crab cake benedict, my go-to whenever it's on the menu. The crab cake was ok, not the best, but not the worst. I liked the house herb and cheddar biscuit that it came on top of, a nice variation from the English muffin. Their dessert menu didn't have much fruit forward items, so I went with the passion fruit sorbet. It arrived completely melted with some icy chunks. I ate the frozen fruit chunks in it, but did not actually enjoy any sorbet. My friend ordered the key lime sorbet and it was also completely melted. They did offer to bring me a replacement scoop, but I didn't want any of the other flavors. Price was also pretty steep at $12 each, so that was a wasted $24. Service was friendly. read more

I used to come to Masters Kitchen frequently for their good food and service. Unfortunately, the quality of food and service dropped quite a bit. We returned to the Masters Kitchen after they reopened past Covid with expectations of eating good food and receiving friendly service. Sadly, our visit was disappointing. The food was average. The fried chicken sandwich was too greasy, too salty, and too big to enjoy it as a regular sandwich. I had to use fork and knife to eat it. Our server was not attentive. At some point we had to get up and walk to the bar area to refilled our water glasses by ourselves! Also, we were never asked if we wanted more coffee, instead, we had to keep asking for top ups. Cool bar layout with unique house drinks! After driving past Master' for years, my wife and I became curious and finally decided to check out the bar to grab a cocktail. The staff was very attentive and friendly, which started things off on a great note. I also appreciate that the building was Master's Automotive for decades before being converted into a restaurant, so there's some history tied to the establishment. After browsing the drink list, my I asked the bartender for a recommendation. I typically prefer gin to other spirits, so the he recommended that I try the Dill Death Do Us Part Cocktail. Even though I would have never thought to put dill in a cocktail, I gave it a shot and was pleasantly surprised. The drink was refreshing and citrusy, complemented by a fresh dill garnish. The flavors fused together perfectly! If you're skeptical, rest assured that it does not taste like pickles. Solely, based on the bar and layout, I'd recommend stopping by Master's. Same here with my brother, his girlfriend and my husband. We each had a cocktail and they were tasty. I had one with dill and my husband had a tasty orange creamsicle like one. Both my husband and sister in law had Mac and cheese with shrimp. Delish! My brother had the burger and he loved it and I had a fried chicken sandwich. So good! All 5/5. We did start off the meal with absolutely delicious Philly cheesesteak egg rolls which were 5/5 and crab stuffed mushrooms 3/5. We had a s'mores like dessert I think.
