This is THE place to get Judica, for all occasions. They have wedding stuff (ketubot, kiddish…read morecups), home stuff (mezzuahs, hasmas), holiday stuff (hanukkah, seder plates, shabbat candlesticks and the thing to wash your hands with), bat/bar mitzvah stuff and a whole lot more. One half is all the home decor and 'stuff' and the other side is books (cooking, home, religious, children's books). We were there looking for a Mazzuah for our home, but nothing really caught my eye, unless you're spending $100+. There was one for $1800 !!! The other cool thing we saw was a kiddush wine cup sitting a top a stand, and other small cups below. Once you pour, I'm assuming your cup runneth overand fills the other ones. What was really educational was reading the children's books about the different holidays. It's so simplified I know, but really easy to understand.

Second Bind is a business that has prided itself on buying textbooks from anyone that has them…read more They are extremely honest and handle themselves very well. Their office can be a little difficult to locate as the building's main occupants are on the outside of this building, once you park and go up to the 2nd floor of the building, look around the corner and you'll fine this little gem. After coming back from university and spending thousands of dollars on textbooks, it's actually difficult to find something to do with them. All I had to do for Second Bind was e-mail them with the ISBN numbers of all my textbooks, not even from the last four years of university, but from back in high school as well. Once they received the ISBN numbers, within a number of days, they e-mailed back the prices associated with each of the textbooks that they'd be willing to buy back. You go to the store, (and I believe they now have a free shipping option), I gave them the textbooks, they wrote me a cheque and I had money in the bank! I'm seriously truly impressed with how these individuals have operated, how hassle free it is, how they buy the textbooks back at a reasonable rate. Far better than selling it back to the universities for a nickle or throwing them out, give Second Bind a try. They make the community better with what they do, they not only help you out but they help others out as well.
