Had such a great experience at LA Jacks!…read more I called ahead to see if they had the jerseys we were looking for, and Jack was kind enough to explain why they didn't carry Muncy or Kershaw jerseys and what types of players/jerseys they typically have available. Even though they didn't have exactly what I originally called about, I decided to stop in since my fiancé was also looking for a Fernando Valenzuela jersey. Jack was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to show me the different options they had and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. We'll definitely be recommending LA Jacks to others and will absolutely be returning for future Dodgers gear!

I have been in business for many years and have met thousands of people throughout my life, but every once in a while, you come across someone who leaves a lasting impression on your heart. Damien was one of those people. From the moment he greeted me, he treated me with kindness, respect, and genuine professionalism. Every word was spoken with courtesy: "Yes, sir," "Thank you, sir," and "It's a pleasure to help you, sir." His manners, patience, and willingness to assist were truly remarkable. As I spoke with him, I couldn't help but think back to my own teenage years. Damien reminded me of a time when respect, humility, and strong values were the foundation of a young person's character. Seeing such a respectful and hardworking young man today touched me deeply. In fact, I had tears in my eyes because it gave me hope and reassurance that there are still wonderful young people in this world. His parents deserve tremendous credit for raising such an outstanding young man, and Dick's Sporting Goods should be extremely proud to have Damien representing their company. He is a shining example of what customer service should be and what good character looks like. Damien, thank you for your kindness, your professionalism, and your respect. You made my shopping experience unforgettable. Young men like you are rare, and I hope your managers recognize what a valuable asset you are to their team. May God bless you and your future. Keep working hard, stay humble, and never change. The world needs more young people like you.
