My son is just over 6 feet tall, and the bed was too small for him--he had to brace his feet against the wall the entire time. Partway through, the water halo on his bed stopped working, and instead of addressing the issue, they simply didn't use it for the remainder of his service. The ambiance had potential, but one bright white bulb in the otherwise soft lighting setup was positioned directly in my line of sight, making it difficult to relax. The massage portion was also underwhelming--it felt more like a quick application and wipe-down of products rather than an actual massage, and there was so much product used that I was goopy and sticky afterward. About halfway through, both of us started experiencing back pain from the uncomfortable beds, and it lingered enough that we needed to take pain medication afterward. To make matters worse, my hair was never properly washed and still felt greasy when I left--I had to go home and shower immediately. My son wasn't cleaned off at the end either and left with greasy product still on his upper body. I was also supposed to receive a blow-dry, which was never offered. Considering we spent over $200, this was far from the relaxing, quality experience we expected. I would not recommend this service. At. All.
