Strike one , strike two and strike three. ( and Lordy know how many more.) Looks like I'll be visiting another location from now on. No matter how many times I have gotten a sloppy lash job, not a "full fill", lashes falling out immediately afterwards, I always left tipping 20-22% and said thank you. I tired to always keep it professional and nice. I can't say the same for the staff at this location. Whenever I have called to notify the staff of anything happening it was like I was the problem even though I was just simply stating what was happening and letting them know within 24 hours timeline. Also, why have a follow up email sent out to clients asking to rate and express concerns, issues experiences if you really don't want to know and only to call back with attitude and anger? Came in for a volume fill today and walked in 8 minutes late. I immediately apologized and went straight to the bathroom to wash my lashes. Came back to the lobby and sat for another 5-6 minutes until my stylist came out and got me. Once in the room she tapped me up and said I'll be right back....quite a few minutes later she showed up and said because you were really late today we can't do a full fill. I understand anything after 15 minutes late is unacceptable and can result in a canceled appointment. 8-10 minutes is still workable in my professional opinion as someone who used to do lashes and has been getting them for over 10 years. I also understand that It's their job to notify the client so they wont be disappointed afterwards and understand it's the a time issues. But the way that it was discussed with me was quite condescending, rude and not completely true. Come to find out that the woman doing my lashes is not only a master stylist but also one of the trainers. So you would think that somebody would have a little bit more appropriate etiquette when It came to speaking to a client about the timing and overall service for the day. From the beginning of the service to the end was rushed, ( even with an half hour still given and I just had my lashes done 1 week ago) and aggressive to the touch. Aggressively applying and removing tape along a very sensitive area....my eyes. I felt like I was in trouble and being punished the whole entire time I laid on her bed. I can deal with knowing that I'm in the wrong when I'm late and not getting the full potential outcome. I've excepted that and whenever late I always apologize and still say it's OK let's do it we can. It's another thing to feel like you're an absolute idiot and roughhouse the whole entire appointment. Being in the service industry is difficult I understand but taking your day out , anger and frustration out on someone who legit walked in happy isn't ok. Now to the actual application glue is all over my top lids , burns and the lashes are sticking together everywhere. So this was the final straw for me today. Go here to expect sometimes you're a great stylist that cares about you and the job and also sometimes get a stylist who wants to stab you with the tweezers in your eye if she could. It's a gamble and just have to be OK with that. Personally for me I don't wanna deal with a condescending, rude, mean and unprofessional aestheticians. Even when I tip 20-22%. Just isn't worth it for me. read more

Stay away! Far away! False advertising. They were advertising an introductory offer for $89. I went in and got a full set of lashes. They are not particularly thick. (See photo). When I walked out, she tried to charge me $179. That did not include tip. When I protested that this was nowhere near what they had advertised, she let me know that there was a charge for lash removal. Fine. They didn't tell me that upfront but that should still have only been $40. She told me I had gotten hybrid lashes added, but the lash technician did not tell me that this would be an extra cost, and, as you can see, my lashes do not look particularly hybrid. The girl at the desk conveniently could not get a hold of her manager. She kept giving me a very "wide-eyed innocent" look, I get the sense that this happens quite frequently. She was certainly very practiced at her language around dealing with an unhappy customer. My technician was very nice, but she took two hours. I will never go back here. read more

I've been going to this lash studio for about a year. I saw some negative reviews and felt compelled to write this one in their favor. The staff is very professional and personable. They know me by name and face (even with a mask on !) so its like the "Cheers" scenario where you feel welcomed. I mainly see Cat but I've also seen other lash artists there and they are all very good. My sister goes there as well and she's had issues with her lashes but each time hers fall out prematurely (within a week) they always accommodate her by having her come back and put more lashes on at no charge. I've had an instance where my allergies were so bad I basically rubbed my lashes off and despite this, they were able to put enough on to make me look presentable and confident. Also, I live in the Tanque Verde Valley so my drive to Oro Valley to this studio is about 35 minutes. It's well worth it! They get me out in an hour (for refills) so I'm not laying there for long periods of time each time I go. It's always been a pleasant experience and my lashes are wonderful. I can go every 3 weeks (vs the normal 2 weeks) because they stay on (and I've learned not to rub them during allergy season!). read more

I loved my experience here. There were so many rooms and everything was booked and full which gave me an indication of this places success. The decor is so adorable and clean and the staff was so nice and accommodating. They were very thorough and answered all my questions. I've gotten my lashes done twice at two other locations and they've never looked as good as getting them done here. This place also offers many products like eyelash friendly eyeliner, makeup remover, lash coating, etc. Christine took care of my lashes, she is extremely friendly and very detail oriented. The owner is a manipulator who does nothing to help paying clients. The lash stylists are not trained barely at all before they let them see clients. I paid 89.99 the first set for a deal, got generic "classic" look lashes. I wanted a more cat eye look this time and I paid extra for hybrid ($125) for my lashes to be rushed and look the same as the first time. My lash tech doesn't let anyone talk, and my past few sessions were awkward and quiet. You're treated like a number and in and out in 45min. I found someone else closer and better who gives herself more time (75min) for $99 a fill. read more
