As opposed some of the other bigger companies that have millions of customers and you are dealing with admins, random staff and call centers, here you are always dealing directly with Bob. The install went super smooth, Bob came on time, he was in and out in less than an hour. He is also a local small business, just 'a man with a van', a genuinely nice guy with decades of experience doing this type of work so I was happy to support a local business owner. I said I was real, and he must not have have put my voicemail and my email together. Then he asked me again for my name and city so that he could put it together. At this point, it was getting ridiculous, but I complied, I was trying to help the guy out, and get off his list. Then he starts cussing at me. I blocked him. What a jerk. I'm telling you, I was never anything but kind and helpful to him, the only thing I did "wrong" was ask him for a custom quote (which he never gave me, because he clearly still had no idea what work I'd asked him to do - he only gave me his 3 hour minimum shtick) and later had the courtesy to tell him that I'd hired someone else.
