I tried to give czr dreams C Service several chances but unfortunately, I have been disappointed…read moreover and over and over again. The first time I booked with this company, they deep cleaned my house, but in the process of cleaning my house they dropped a plant which is fine that's not really a big deal, but then they never said anything to me about it. They did clean around the area but as soon as I lifted the dog bed(where the plant fell), there was dirt all over the floor. Now that should've been my sign to never book with them again, but I decided to give them another chance. The second "deep clean", I felt like they could've done a better job, but the service was done and I just don't think it was worth it and I could have done the same job myself FOR FREE. The kitchen counters were still dirty, the house looked like they barely wiped down at all. This last time that I booked with them, I booked my appointment for 9 AM. I am going to insert screenshots of the response that I received from whoever is responsible for talking with customers. This was a very unprofessional way to respond despite them being late. They were 50 min late, there was no apology or thank you for your patience, nothing. I felt like it was extremely unprofessional, rude and I will never book with them again. I do not recommend this company, and the overall value and service is not worth the amount of money that they charge.

I've been a customer of Olga's for several years now for a biweekly house cleaning, and I can't…read morerecommend them enough. They're reliable, they do a great job every time, and they're always willing to work around me and my family (including that I work from home). To me, the whole point of having house cleaners is to free up time and eliminate stress, and hiring Olga's has definitely done that. Before Olga's I've used or trialled at least half a dozen cleaners in Philadelphia. Full disclosure, Olga's was one of the most expensive services per hour, but worth it IMO. My main complaint with other cleaners is that the quality of the cleans goes down over time and management is ineffective or defensive about it, and so after a year or two I have to shop for a new cleaner. Not so with Olga's. Every clean is as good as the last. If something isn't done with way I like or I want to add a new service, I just send a text and it's taken care of. I hope they stay in business for a long time because it's such a relief to know that my house will just be taken care of. The other thing is how comfortable I feel with Olga's cleaners. That's a wierd thing to say, but it can be kind of scary to have strangers come into your home and clean up after you. Part of it is shame that your house is dirty and you're not keeping up with it, and part of it trusting the cleaners with your home. The cleaners from Olga's have always been super friendly and nice, they've never made me feel weird or bad about my home (including the explosion of toys and clutter after my daughter came along). Over the years, I've left jewelry or cash around and I've never had to worry. It's just been a great find and a happy working relationship.

From the start, Olga was quick to respond and easy to communicate with, which made scheduling seamless. The team arrived on time and immediately got to work, moving efficiently while still being incredibly thorough. They cleaned areas that are often skipped, including baseboards, trim, and hard-to-reach corners, and treated the home with real care. I also have a cat, so pet hair and stray litter can be a challenge, but they handled it without issue. Floors, corners, and high-traffic areas looked noticeably better, and the space felt truly clean--not just surface-level tidy. They worked steadily the entire time they were at my home. Olga actually called me with an updated quote after the team felt more time was needed to finish the job. Communication was appreciated and given the thorough effort and quality of their teamwork, pricing is fair. For anyone in Wilmington, DE, Olga's Cleaning Services is a fantastic choice. Professional, responsive, and extremely thorough--I'll definitely be using them again.

I recently moved to Philadelphia and was looking to get my first cleaning done that my home had…read moreever had (It is new construction, so its mostly just dusty if anything as I have no children or pets and my husband and I are rarely even home). The staff was extremely friendly and trustworthy however the reason for my low review is the cost. They charge a high hourly rate (I think it's around $115/hour) or something crazy like that, and then they will nickel and dime each minute after the first 60 minutes. I decided to give them a try due to the great reviews but I guess my expectations were too high. Let's just say I can clean my house just as well, and save myself $150, which is what I will be doing moving forward. When the staff called to learn about our recent experience, my husband shared his feedback, and it was not well received. Like I said, the staff is fine and nice/trustworthy, but in my opinion this is a rip off and if your house is pretty clean to begin with and you don't mind dusting/swiffering a little then save your $$$.

Roberta did a fantastic job with nearly every part of the home.... We were at a time crunch with movers coming in a couple of days after a settlement. I didn't think and I was not going to be use it if it couldn't be completely cleaned. I just need something functional in case we have to get a new one. She worked wonders on the oven. It looks brand new and smells amazing. The other thing I don't find time and I always find reasons to avoid are window bays or I don't even know what part of this the windowsill area that collects all the dirt from the outside between the screen windows... she cleaned every single one without a peck of dirt left.

She was very thorough and professional. She gave us a quote that was competitive with other cleaning companies, and as the business owner, she seemed more hands on, and knew what she was talking about. We decided to use Mother & Daughter's services. The house was very dirty from top to bottom. And that's how they cleaned, from top to bottom. They cleaned the ceiling fans, windows inside and out, including the window casings. Wiped the baseboards, shined the wood floors. The kitchen was horrendous. Ms. Flood's team cleaned the all cabinets inside and out. The cabinets shelves had paper lining on them, that had been there so long, it was literally stuck to the shelves, and had to be chemically removed. They were able remove it, shelf by shelf, what a job that must have been. They thoroughly cleaned both bathrooms, and even cleaned the unfinished side of the basement which was another whole level of dirty. It took her team two whole days to finish the job. When I stopped by to check on the progress, I noticed that Ms. Flood was there, working side by side with her team. We are very happy with the level of cleanliness that Mother & Daughters provided. Definitely a five star cleaning job!
