Jennifer was also exceptionally helpful with special disability needs I have and in my book, she is a Super Star. I regret the highest rating possible is five stars. Jennifer is a solid 10. I went to Famous Hair Inc before them and they ruined my hair. I need intense repair afterward. I went to Hair Inc. and not only did they help repair my hair, they did it right. Went to someone at a different Famous Hair Inc once again.....she used heat while bleaching my hair which if you dont know is a terrible thing for your hair and scalp. It hurt every minute of it and she ignored my complaints. I love Hair Inc and would suggest it to everyone. I, for one, dont like spending $25 dollars for a hair cut. Then, he told me that he has "had a long day" with a sour smile & directed me to a wall of business cards to take a look at who I would be interested in seeing. He had no idea why I was there, nor did he care. I simply wanted my eyebrows done. That is okay, I won't be returning. I will start off by saying Abbey is very nice, full of energy and loves to talk which made the appointments go by fast. I had been seeing her since December 2023 and going every 3-ish months for a trim and to only get rid of dead ends. Abbey was well aware that I rarely styled my hair nor used heat on it which is why it was healthy and long. My hair was almost 3 feet long from root to end. On 4/7 I decided that I wanted a V cut (did one in the past with another hairdresser and loved it) with some layers as seen in the pictures I showed. There was more than enough hair to work with. I'm not a hairdresser, so I'm asking questions about how this type of cut is done, how layers are executed, and I hear "a lot of people think their hair is uneven, but it won't be when it's styled". To me this statement admitted guilt, nobody's hair should look uneven when it's not styled. (And to reiterate, I barely do anything to my hair, just wash and go which Abbey knew) My hair looked decent when I left, but that's because the curls were hiding the massacre that was done. I washed my hair the night of 4/8 and was immediately brought to tears at what I saw; uneven, chopped up hair. The V was crooked and off to one side, had a chunk missing on the left side of my head, and the layers in the back were cut like a shelf. The next afternoon, I called to cancel my future appointment I had booked in June along with letting them know what happened (by voicemail) and said that they could call me back. I simply received a text 30 minutes later that my appointment was canceled and NOBODY reached out to me! Save yourself some time and go somewhere that actually cares about your experience and wants to make things right, not leaving you traumatized and in distress with no response. Never in my life have I had this happen to my precious hair, it took someone else 3 hours to fix it all while questioning how this was even possible!

Hairdresser agreed to booking, picked a date and we opened up conversation for stylizing. After a little effort stylist then proceeded to turn neglectful in preparation. I was dropped from the appointment ( a month before booked date) for wanting to know why it had been so long since hearing back in regard to questions hairdresser had about my desired style. It should be mentioned that in addition to dropping me they did remember to mention THEIR "better than anyone in the area "pricing and attack my ideas as to suggest this being any reasoning for this awful follow through. i felt disrespected and my time waste, but now most of all, I am left with a month to find and prepare with a stylist. thanks ruth.
