There were two stylist and they both appeared to have just started a haircut. The one stylist obviously knew the client because she stood behind her and talked and talked. No real hair cutting going on. Just conversation. After she was done with her haircut she proceeded to clean up and disappear in the back. By this time there were 3 people in the store and 6 more logged in on the computer. Another stylist took us after half an hour and she did a nice job. The one who disappeared didn't come back out for 15 minutes. We arrived with a 20 minute wait according to their computer and when we left the wait time was 95 minutes. Not enough stylist and too much socialization. Incredibly bad service from the one stylist. Very disappointed.
